I experienced the worst customer service at this place. The old lady at the counter was super rude and she should simply disappear and live in the woods away from civilization. It is not good for normal human to experience this lady as a customer. I don’t know if she was trying to be racist. I was here to pickup a cake for my 3 yr old daughter and requested the lady to write my daughter’s name on the cake and she replied very rudely that We don’t have people to write it. I told her, pass me the thing and I ll write it. Then she says I don’t have anything to write. I can clearly see the things that can write a name on the cake behind her. Experiencing such a rude customer service, I decided to walk away and take my business somewhere else where people are nice. The bad energy just flows in this place from the people and from the food. I don’t believe in taking food from such a negative place and people and putting in me or feed my friends. Just go to any place other than this and you’ll thank me later.

Little gem local pastries. Great selection and affordable price. Has place to enjoy their pastries indoor and outdoor as well. Check it out.

I think I tried enough items from Hoffman to give a well rounded review. The place is really good but there's better coffee and pastry places in this area. Coffee was good but I haven't found better coffee than soul coffee house in Redmond area. The coconut Macron was bit too sweet IMO. Other items were okay.Service is good - good folks and nice ambience.

Honestly the prices for their pastries are pretty solid. The only one I was disappointed in, was their cinnamon roll. Just didn’t have enough cinnamon or icing (but then again I like everything a little sweater). The dough was more like a wheat based dough. So that might’ve been different. But definitley good customer service. Was surprised how stocked they were considering it was an hour before close!

Such a nice quiet place to go and meet a friend or sit and sip some coffee. Great lunch options including vegetarian sandwich and salad.

15% tip default for what? I’m tired of tipping for hardly any service and getting pressured to do so.

Some of the best pastries in Redmond. New lunch special, pastrami sandwich is my new favorite. Breakfast until 2pm, so you're good if you need a late breakfast.Parking: Validated parking with purchase.

Note to the owners: Manager needs to find another job as she is the most rude person ive come across while getting morning coffee. its been 7 years drinking a specific dry foam cappuccino but today i was told I don't know anything about coffee and milk and a lot more. Surprised to see this attitude and also I won't forget how she kicked out a family who's baby was crying.. lucky it wasn't me :)

Love their Princess torte cake!!

The cakes are decent, but the staff could be more courteous and accommodating of basic customer requests. The staff are generally grumpy, which kills the atmosphere and makes me less excited to get my next cake from them.

If I am going to pay $4 for a medium cookie ever again then it had better be the best cookie in the world. It wasn't from here and the service was lacking as well. Over priced compared to better tasting bakeries. This is based on many (muffins, cookies and bars over the years).
