Standard taco bell. Everything is kind of mushy except for the $4 crunchy tacos that were $1.29 a couple years ago. Absolutely rediculous pricing now. All that extra money and they still can't even remember to put the sauce in the bag ?. Admittedly I spent an embarrassing amount of time meticulously picking which sauces I wanted to try. But the guy in the drive-thru just grabbed an entire handful of taco sauce and put that in the bag and called it good. Like bro... why you gotta do me like that?

"Uber tag was correct on the one that I brought to be corrected by the store that prepared the food" after calling to see what's up and getting hung up on without any words exchanged I went down there from across town (mind you I'm sick with Bronchitis the reason for Uber). I went in and tried to be reasonable so the order could be corrected but all I got was rudeness from the night shift blonde with glasses (more than one comment on Google about her rudeness it seems to be a recurring thing with her) l asked to see there policy after being told some thing about it and she threatened "we have the rite to refuse service" she would not help me fix the issue after that so I got mad and I told her to pretty much shove it and left the mess-up on the counter. I will never order from there again! And I recommend maybe a course on customer service and the Blondie needs to go. So far I'm out tonight about $20 on soft tacos between there mess up's. Do better please I'm not the only one mad.

I had ordered large nacho fries from drive through. The service was prompt. The serving size could be more for a “large” size but the taste of fries and nacho cheesy sauce was good. It wasn’t too oily.Vegetarian options: There are few vegetarian options

Orders not taken at till. Dined in. Did not receive drink cups and several items missing from order. Several staff walked by me at till the two times I went to remedy and ignored me - waited 15 minutes total. No apologies. My food was cold by time I rejoined my party. For most part we were only patrons inside.

Don’t go here! The upselling on every item is very annoying. It makes it complicated to order 3 basic items. They also can’t tell the difference between yes and no. Which do not sound anywhere near the same. They also are too ignorant to understand why that’s annoying. If you call them out on the over the top upselling they spit in your food. I refuse to eat here anymore and I ate there a lot in the last year. Hope the franchise owner would stop making them ask if you want sour cream, a spicy jalapeño pepper (btw we all know what a jalapeño is so no need to over emphasize), also do you want extra meat. Stop asking please. It’s rude and annoying and over complicated to order here. I’ll get my food elsewhere.
