They include a 20% tip with no option to change it at checkout and then pretend like there is no included tip and try to get a second one out of you. Plus very resistant to bringing back change. Be ready for this scam if you plan to go.

My family loves Thai food and Thai Ginger is a favorite of ours. The food is always very fresh and we all especially appreciate that the vegetables are well prepared, hot without being overcooked. Staff is always attentive and friendly.

I’VE HAD MULTIPLE CONCERNING EXPERIENCES at this restaurant, and the conduct of the staff has raised questions about their integrity. Most recently, I was overcharged for the tip I left, which is unacceptable and suggests a pattern of questionable practices.

Waited 40 minutes to get my food while my whole party finished their food prior to me eating. We had a party of 5, they automatically had a 20% gratuity, as well as the most bland food I have had a years. McDonald's has much better food than this. My whole party was disappointed. Didn't even tell us about the gratuity. Stay away.
