this location doesn't actually have a kitchen that I can see? So they get the donuts brought in? The floors are sticky and crumbs and sprinkles everywhere. They were playing some house/trap music and half the lights were turned off. Reminds me of early 2000s club except less people passed out.

Went in about 1 pm, store hours say 3 pm. Store out of donuts... Yet again. They should change their hours, if they are going to be out of donuts

Seating would be nice like in Bellevue. These are the best donuts around, but I one was a bit wonky last time, maybe because they were understaffed on the holiday. Raspberry donuts seem to be a speciality but everyone loved the Bavarian cream.

Love the doughnuts and the coffee. Found that there is a cpl employee's who would rather chat with Each other then deal with customers. All the other top pots have super nice and inviting people. This one used too. Not sure what happened.

Closes at 3pm. We arrived at 2:35, and they had 2 bear claws on display. There was nothing else available. We turned around and looked for someplace else to go to.

My partner and I love this shop for it's friendly staff, knowledge base of Redmond, and food. I'm not sure if there has been a change of management, but the last few times my partner/I have been in, we have to remind the barista that we ordered drinks, and then they don't make them properly--we end up grabbing an extra cup to mix our orders or going elsewhere after we leave. Italian sodas and coffees alike are dumped in cups and handed directly over with no additional preparation. The products are good, the customer service--not so much. Most times we go in is after morning rush, so the shop is empty aside from us--it feels like the barista just wants us to leave. I would recommend Soul Food or Starbucks (both across the street), and if you really want Top Pot doughnuts you can get them at the QFC bakery there too. I don't want to rag on this place or its staff, but it's disappointing as it used to be somewhere we frequented.

I remember going and I had cash, aka legal tender, and I was told that they were a cash free cafe. I then pulled out my phone to use google pay and they told me that they do not accept google or apple pay. This is simply not how you run a business, we are not living in the stone age.

5 stars for their amazing doughnuts and coffee. It’s right in the middle of downtown Redmond and is a quick go to for breakfast options

Went there this morning to get donuts for our house guests- came home opened the bag- missing the donuts ordered! If they were out of something they should have said so- now we don't have what we drove 20 mins to get. Super poor customer service and stuck with items no one is interested in eating!

great doughnuts for a reasonable price! nice staff, will definitely return :)
Best donuts in town. I haven't had a donut I don't like from them yet. Their risen glazed donut is perfection.

Well here's my experience about the place, unfortunately we can't deny the fact that covid screwed up a lot of things around and almost all business took a step back or hard hit, the donuts and drinks are fine, not amazing just fine and good and i like simple and good don't get me wrong, but first time i went to try this place and it was my last lol the person who was working there had a note on the front desk that his in the restroom and he'll be back asap, we waited for 10 mnts almost and then a person comes out and then while ordering and preparing for our order we waited for a good 15 minutes and then guess what 2 people came out of the same single shared restroom in that small coffee shop. There was literally 5 minutes difference between all 3 of them in those 25 minutes my friend and i were waiting, that was super sketchy to be honest and i usually will talk about immediately in the store since it was my first time in my head i said it'll be the last time and i will share the story here when i review the place, after all that was my experience, go and try it yourself as well it might be different.

I love top pot doughnuts! I've been coming here for years and am never disappointed. My favorite flavors are the maple bar and raspberry Bismarck. This visit, I got the seasonal orange donut. While not my favorite flavor, I was very pleased with the mild orange flavor -- perfect for summer!

Got the apple fritter and chocolate bar donut. Both were just ok. Kinda soggy actually rather than lightly crispy. I went in the morning so they should have been fresh. Oh well. Might pass on this spot in the future.
