This falls into our long-time preference for eating "locally" (or at least not a national chain.) Asia Ginger Teriyaki calls itself "Japans Cuisine #5" and provides very low frills, high flavor lunch. Open M-F 10:30 to 3:30, their Yaki Soba was big enough for two of us to share, so not only super tasty but pretty cheap. Eat in or carry out. The lady serving the food was super friendly.
Visited here and liked the food to go. Chicken teriyaki is very basic, just chicken and rice. For more zest and flavor would recommend the Chicken Yakisoba it way more delicious and less bland with lots of veggies and better tasting sauce. Was satisfied with the food quality, quantity, and taste As for the customer service it was great. UPDATE - No longer in business. Has been replaced by a Korean Hawaiian Fusion restaurant. The old Asia Ginger was bomb though. Best place for fast Chinese in the area before it closed.
