Normally this location is on the ball and "Freaky Fast". My last experience was way below that standard. I ordered my sandwich at 3:23pm for delivery and got the email saying they received my order, app also showed that my order was received. I waited 30 minutes (they could be busy)... 45 minutes (really busy?)... I then went on my meal break at 1 hour past the time I ordered it (still shows they have received my order). Still nothing. Sandwich was made to order (important when you have as many allergies as I do) and very delicious. Building was clean. There are two pick up counters for when your sandwich is done. I walked in with my cane clearly visible and sat next to one. They put my sandwich at the other one - clear across the building - and waited fifteen minutes to tell me it was done. Quick, service mood seemed unhappy, communication wasn't very good. Lots of policy changes due to COVID so clear communication is a must especially for someone like me that has never walked into a Jimmy John's.
