This sandwich shop is way too underrated! I've only heard of this place just recently, but I've never had such a delectable sandwich! Not only do they make such delicious sandwiches specially made for each customer, but the atmosphere in the sandwich shop almost makes you wanna stay and order to your hearts content. What's more is their own brand name hot peppers! They are such a delight I can't explain enough how much of a wonderful time I had here! Definitely coming here regularly! And I cannot explain how much I was surprised that after I was done taking these pictures..? My boyfriend had already ate his whole sandwich ? #GreatVibesOnly

They make great sandwiches and their macaroni and cheese is the best I've ever had!

Great place with delicious sandwiches and friendly staff. Only complaint is how understaffed this location is, leading to long wait times. No food place should have only two employees working at a time, that is a recipe for disaster.

I'm giving the food 4 stars it's pretty good but I'm giving the service a one star because a week ago me and my family ordered some food and when I got home started to eat my salad there was a thermometer in it when I call and talk to the manager there he said a GM would give me a call in the next couple days it's been over a week the communication ain't working I spent over $35 just to be waiting for a phone call that is not happening

Went here twice to be sure. I’ve never been to another potbelly anywhere that’s as stingy with ingredients. What gives?

First time trying this restaurant and the experience was horrible. The workers had no patience and felt like I was a horrible customer for asking questions and changing things on my sandwich’s. Then when trying to pay, they were allowing another customer trying to purchase cookies get right next to me trying get in front of me while paying. Instead of making the other customer step back they allowed her to stand right next to me. Yes, I was there first and I expressed to the other customer and worker that was extremely rude and neither cared. Very disappointed and will let friends and family k ow my experience. Do better with your customer service!!!!!!!

Not a great photo as I was already starving - but definitely disappointed by this a little bit. Ive been here multiple times trying different orders. Recently I have gotten the same order three times now, since I found a combo I like the best -- the first time from this location which was the best one (and favorite order so far) that I've had, second time was the worst at a different location, and third time back here hoping for that 1st time experience with this specfiic order... but disappointed (although not as bad as second). The sandwich seemed to be way too soggy, and couldve been toasted better - also didn't seem flat cut to me like the first time. There were also wayy too many peperoncinis (like multiple per bite, I had to pick them out because it was abnormal) and not the average amount that should come with this sandwich. Maybe thats also what caused the sandwich to be extra wet if there was vinegar that they soaked in? Not sure. There was also no chili, as there shouldve been in this sandwich. So it seems every sandwich/visit is really inconsistent. Just wish I could get that first sandwich again.

This place always disappoints when ordering online. They always miss complete items, drinks, or instructions. I finally am able to get here in person, and they can't make meatball subs in-person. They are an online only item, as per the managers discretion, as the person told me. So they can't make things correctly when ordering online, and you can't order what you would like to, in-person... the food is decent otherwise.

Decent sandwiches but we thought it was overpriced. The service was horrible. Green haired lady was totally rude to everyone. We won’t be back.We can only laugh that the customers were consoling each other and the bag that is sandwiches came in says Good Vibes. ?

I had a nice experience being in your store and the food was great but I could not appreciate the fact that how rude your worker Vee was to us. She was using vulgar language to other coworkers and that's not a good image probably not going back in there any time soon. :(

Since moving to Washington Potbelly is by far my favorite sandwich shop. From their great selection of sandwiches, mac n cheese, chili, mill shakes, chips and cookies!

I wanted to provide an update and point out a few things because my job has us take lunch at 11:00 waiting is usually not an issue. Usually not very busy at this time easy to get in and get my food. The sandwiches are good the mac and cheese is really good. Prices are a little high. The problem that I have is that pot belly is obviously being cheap by that I mean this place is constantly understaffed. I truly feel bad for the workers. The other day when I was there there were only two girls working. Two girls to make sandwiches, work the cash register, and deal with the gazillions of online orders which they get a ton of. Not to mention all of the people that come piling through the door at lunch time. One of the girls in particular I was worried she was going to have a stroke or a heart attack right in front of me. Come on Potbelly step up to the plate here and open your wallet for these poor people, you guys are clearly making money hand over fist. You need one person starting the sandwiches, one person for condiments, one person stationary at the cash register and at least two people just handling the online orders. The way they scramble around and switch positions just to try and deal with the workload is ridiculous and not efficient I guarantee you people walk out of there with free food on The Daily because whoever was at the cash register has now ran up to start taking orders and you can walk right out of that place with your food and nobody would ever know. I just feel bad for the workers it's always sad when a company chooses greed over their employees. Put more people on the schedule and lessen the stress on these poor people!

Have ordered from them a couple of times. The orders are NEVER right. This last one, got a sandwich that we didn't order that didn't match what was written on the sandwich sleeve. Was supposed to be plain turkey with no frills, got a ham something with all kinds of extras labeled as a Steakhouse. Really frustrating. Would avoid if you're picky about getting the sandwich that you want.
