We were staying at the State Park on Curlew lake. Had dinner at the Knotty Pine Restaurant in Republic and breakfast the next morning. The service and food were great. Generous portions. Did not leave hungry.

Rude unpleasant waitress and staff. Waited 1hr and 15min for food. When asking why it was taking so long waitress was short, rude and unapologetic. Don't eat there. Also bathrooms unkempt and smelled horrible.

My favorite place to stop in town when I make my drives out from Seattle a couple times a year in the summer months to visit my mother who is a resident of Republic. Even picked up an awesome coffee mug with their logo to take back home. I like the atmosphere, the food of course, and the bar area is great too! Definitely worth a try if you're in town!
