Best happy hour in town!!! We are in here at least one Friday a month and we love the bar servers and our usual: the house special (fried rice and all the meats) and the coconut prawns. The wine pour is to the rim and the beer is cold. Note that most of the poor reviews onhere are the show and service there (or lack thereof) but the bar is amazing. And you can sit there without your whole party being there.

We normally love Fujiyama. There's only been once or twice that it wasn't all that great. Unfortunately during this quarantine I highly suggest NOT ordering take out. The veggies were sparse and burnt. The lobster was severely overcooked and dry. Hibachi chicken was so dry, you could barely eat it. The chicken fried rice I paid extra for was so bland and zero sign of any chicken.... I'm so disappointed. I wanted to support your business because we normally love it but unfortunately that won't happen again.

We have been delighted with our delivery meals during this "Stay Home, Stay Safe" period. They will deliver full meals to your home by extremely courteous staff for a minimal fee.

Amazing food, show & service! Hands down I can keep coming and coming! The wait is so worth it! Jose the chef is the BEST!!!! If you get him enjoy!

This very well could be one of the absolutely worse places to dine in the Tri-Cities area. I'd rather starve or munch on a blade of grass rather than eat or frequent this establishment in the future. We waited over an hour and still never visualized a chef. We thought it might be nice to take our children for a cool show and dinner but that didn't quite work out. Kids can only wait so long. The utensils were dirty, wine glasses had not been washed and the soup was cold. That is all we got to experience since we never even made it to dinner since we had to leave to feed our children. Just don't do it!!!

Was great and would go back.

Their sauces are out of this world. I love this restaurant! But the drink prices.. ouch. The prices weren't listed on the menu, and when we got the reciept, my jaw dropped 13.00$ for one drink!

Dinner and a show. Very enjoyable. They cook with a lot of butter/margarine. It's good going down but you feel sluggish the next day.

I've been here about 5 times from the Yakima area. It's a drive but it can be worth it because the food is really delicious especially if you do the hibachi.

This is such a great restaurant!! A definite must for a date night, birthdays, family night out with the kiddos. The husband and I got the special for 2 which included lobster and steak and it was amazing. You get to see the cook, cook the food right in front of you. Our meal came with a soup, salad, 2 shrimp and the best fried rice. Sooo good.

Had a great time at this place with my nephews on Sunday. Our server Mason was incredible, speedy service and very informative about how the restaurant operates, plus he made sure the kids were entertained and calm the entire time! 10/10 would recomend for the food and the service.

Fun atmosphere, consistently great food! My kids love to watch the show that the chefs put on while cooking. Chefs are great at getting steaks to perfect temp and make the best chicken fried rice in town. Be prepared to get your face melted!

I reserved a table for 6 to celebrate my daughter's birthday with our family of four and her grandparents. We showed up on time for the reservation, and we were seated at a hibachi table with four other people. The problem with this is that the tables seat 8 (4 in front of the cook and two on each side). We assessed this and saw that two people in our group would be seated on an entirely different hibachi, and decided that since we wanted to all eat at the same time and be able to somewhat talk to each other, we asked to wait for when we could all sit at one table. The manager said that since our group was so large (6!!) and they were so busy that they could only offer us what he had. When i pointed out that we had a reservation for a few weeks and were even willing to wait until later in the evening to eat, he said no. We left. Absurd!
