Hubby took me here for a birthday dinner it was a fun experience and good portions. It was busy but the do a good job of seating to make it feel no as much.Kid-friendliness: I didn’t take my kids when I came but I would next time it’s fun to watch the food flying around! And they do have high chairs from what I recall

I tried calling in an order and the person picked up the phone and put it down, I could hear her talking. I made several attempts to call back, but it was busy. I can take the hint, sorry for bothering you.

I cannot ever remember not enjoying a meal at Fujiyama's!! This time was no exception either!!! Everything we ate from the appetizer, salad, and soup to our delicious main entree was outstanding!! I go to Fujiyama's several times a year because they have THE BEST food. I don't mind paying just a little bit more for the deliciousness either!

Idk why this place has low stars. Went with my friend and had a great time! Sat in the bar and the service was amazing! My meal did not come with soup or salad but they brought me some anyways. The staff was super attentive and the food was amazing. I'm an appetizer kinda gal and got exactly what i was looking for. My friend got the hibachi chicken dinner(not shown) and it was also really good! Will definitely go again

We love eating here all the time.! Best food good service. Sometimes it's a bit busy and things get a little messy and they try to push ya out the door quickly once the cook leaves but overall an amazing experience and definitely worth all the bad because it's just so freaking good

We have been doing group dinners for Valentine's Day since 2018 at Fujiyamas. This year was the absolute worst. We had reservations for 13 people. We were packed around one table, the people on the end pretty much were up to the second table. We ordered drinks and our food. When I ordered an appetizer, the waitress did say that the kitchen was very backed up and the appetizers would take a while. I told her it was okay since I wasn't starving and could wait. Wasn't much of a show as it has been in the past. Not sure if our chef was new or not. The problem was they only had 2 bartenders on, with a full restaurant and bar. We did not get our drinks until the end of dinner, along with our appetizers. One of our guests is a vegetarian, so she had to wait for her fried rice. When it came to the vegetables, I think the person third from the end got maybe 6 vegetable pieces. I don't think the last 2 people got any and were told the kitchen would bring some out to them. Not sure if they finally got any, considering how long it took for appetizers. The manager was called for (a couple of the guests insisted on speaking to the manager a few times to the waitress before she went and got him). I don't know what if any was taken off their tab, but they were extremely unhappy. Would I go back? Yes, but never with that large of a group (we should have been given 2 tables and had 2 chefs with that many people) and never on a busy holiday again. We will find another place to accommodate our party for Valentine's Day.

We had a 7:30 reservation. We finally got sat at 8:15 and we're given no menus or waters. Another 15 minutes go by and our waitress is over to profusely apologize. It's a busy Saturday night, no problem we're here now. She takes our orders quickly and we all order non alcoholic drinks. It takes a long time for us to get our soup, only those who ordered hot tea got any. It's another long time before she realizes we're still there. Soup and waters (and tea for those who got it) empty. Tables all around us who were seated after us not only eating salads but with a chef at their tables cooking their meals. We finally get salads and soda and the group across from us leaves. We sit waiting with no chef and no waitress. After raising concerns we're told that the wait time can be up to 2 hours apparently reservations don't mean anything. The chef and food were up to the usual great standards. When we got our bill we were told repeatedly that there was a discount and was basically told to say thank you. Excuses of it was busy and they are understaffed. I can understand those things IF they hadn't accepted a 7:30 reservation and it was after 10pm. About 1/2 of the meals were packed up because no one was hungry anymore. Good food, no customer service from anyone but our chef.

This was the most worst experience we have ever had here!So we come here ALOT. We usually request a server but we haven’t had one we’ve liked since Dave. Tonight was my man’s birthday. We had 14 people with us. Eight being children. (I know. A lot of kids but it’s a bday) so we got there for our reservation at 6:30. We waited 40 minutes to be sat. Normally expected. We sat down ordered our drinks and food immediately. Our server was very rude right off the bat seemed like she didn’t have time for us, so we ordered drinks and food immediately to help her out. It took us 40 minutes to get our drinks! Just our drinks. Half of us being children and babies and moms drinking ice tea or soda. That’s INSANE. BUT I brush it off and say whatever. Maybe it’ll get better. But it didn’t . In a bad way. Finally our cook comes out but isn’t fully prepared for our order because as he’s cooking we realize we are missing 3 sides of RICE and 1 side of VEGGIES. OKAY WHATEVER. again. Service continues to be so horrible. We waited over an hour for our bill. I’m literally not kidding right now it is past ten pm as I’m getting home. So we had 8 screaming babies ready to leave for almost an hour. She brings our bill we immediately explain no one got their extra rice or sides or salad or soup and so we feel as if charging us for extra sides is inappropriate the server felt the same. She takes the bill back and over thirty minutes more later brings me back my bill minus the rice but with gratuity added. Okay that’s fine. Why did it take thirty more minutes to add gratuity to our tab. I’m in the service industry. I know I’ve had a bad experience but I’ll always tip minimum anyway. She was going to get more then gratuity but after that I feel like I’m tipping bare minimum. The fact I had to wait over an hour to leave with eight kids crying is insane to me. She got the bare minimum she asked for and I wasn’t going to leave more like I originally was after that.Another thing that bothered me was they had people standing against the wall with an iPad starring at us, it felt extremely awkward. They could’ve been helping the servers that were literally drowning in orders and could clearly not keept up. You all are supposed to work as a team. When customers are literally sitting there for hours your team should be helping. Not standing against the wall. What a waste of money for the company. Especially because I will not go back to spend hundreds on dinner when people can’t work as a team. It’s literally disgusting the lazy ness the managers had over the servers.I’ll tell you what. If your business wants to make more money they really could with better service. My tab could’ve been over 500$ tonight but servers couldn’t even get their drinks out. I’m hoping I’m not wasting my time writing this. But if you have a lot of money to spend BIOADA Brazilian grill is better or hongs Mongolian for sure. The service is amazing.Don’t waste your money here

7:30 reservation. Sat at 8:00. Chef showed up 9:10. When we approached the hostess and then the manager this is the direct quote: you came between 6-8 the busiest time. What did you expect? Well we expected that a 7:30 reservation would have food in front of us by at least 8:30. We watched at least one table walk out and three tables sat after us, eating. Never again. Get your crap together.

15% discount and a glorious quote from management ‘What did you expect between 6 to 8.' Well when making a 7:30 reservation we didn't expect to be eating at 9:30. Food and garbage ignored for hours in the walkways. Just not worth 300+ with a party of 8.
