A must-go to when in town from Western Washington. Great portions, fresh food, breakfast delicious- family favorites: chicken&waffles, Chicken fried steak, salmon and everything else.

Very good food and very fast service. Fettuccine and bay shrimp were excellent and salad bar has lots to offer and very delicious.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian omelets and other meals available.Parking: There is handicap cap parking but not alot. There is alot of parking available though.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has high chairs for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in from the wheelchair but you have to go in 2 doors.

I went to Sterling's tonight, 1/30/2024 and ordered the #11 (butchers cut) medium rare with the salad bar and a loaded baked potato. Let me just say the service and salad bar were great. My steak on the other hand was overcooked and dry. I hate to be that guy that sends stiff back but I sent it back. While I was waiting I ate more salad bar and requested that they wrap my steak to go. Well, the second steak came out and it was wrapped up and package to take home. Again the service was great and pretty quick. Once I got back to the hotel room I opened the steak up and checked it and it was overcooked again. The steak was dry, I think it was overcooked because it was very thin and a steak that thin is almost impossible to cook correctly.

Only leaving a review here for the sake of the next person that thinks to spend their money at Sterlings. Showed up at 6:30 on a Saturday and there were barely any customers. There would have been crickets chirping but with the staff in the kitchen clanking things around earplugs are advised. The menu has too much going on, appears like they tried to make the theme a mixture of fine dining, and hole in the wall cafe so chef's must be overwhelmed cause the food was disappointing. Where are you Chef Gordon Ramsay? Sterlings needs you!!

My daughter and I used to dine here often but we took a break. We happened to stop by after 5 hours of shopping ? ?To my surprise, the service was okay, but being charged for onions on my salad was ridiculous and 7.98 for 2 hot chocolates minus the chocolate chips that the Kennewick store puts in their hot chocolate. Not sure if same owners but definitely felt their extra tidings from my pocket. A $79 dollar meal for 2, I'll be taking a break again.

This will be the last time that I come to this one too. Now lately, I’ve realized that both the Kennewick one and Richard location have been lacking in consistency and overall care for their customers and food qualities, just not what it used to be . … I just think it isn’t worth me spending $90 plus on burned steaks/ under cooked fish ? like flyer fish like for real and the mash potatoes and soup just tasted awful no flavor and all salty.. and I hate to say this, but the server smelled like cigarettes and was sweating on our food. We believe she was watching TV on her phone but ? just not what you expect from fine dining. I hope something is done about this, but we won’t be returning.Ps it’s real classy to get soup ? and hear the servers complain about how much the customer should have tiped her on her last table … call me old school but they tip you what your worth sweet heart
