OMGosh…. YUM!!! Royal City, WA has an INCREDIBLE taco truck!! Way more than tacos. Husband wanted a grocery store sandwich bc it would be tidier for the road. I said we’re on vacation and the food should be more passionate. I was SO right! Super friendly, clean, and it was incredible. He had the Torta, I had then make me a veggie burrito. Beans/rice/cheese and they subbed avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion and radish for meat. The two sauces are so fresh and delicious!!!! I could eat that every single day!
Vegetarian options: They were happy to substitute avocado and veggies for meat on my burrito and it was incredible
