Best Thai food in Seattle and area. Their salads are excellent! Service was slow due to shortage of kitchen staff. Food was well worth the wait.

They’re crispy garlic chicken is dry and quite flavorless and leaves a lot to be desired. Try basically any other crispy garlic chicken in town and you’ll be more pleased than you will be here.

It’s usually pretty quiet in this restaurant but they’ve got great food. Their customer service is also really nice. One time I asked if I could swap certain veggies in a curry dish and they were really accommodating. They do great take-out and their Panang curry is delicious!

Not that great. They have a contactless menu and ordering but the lady who was serving went out of her way to dissuade us from using it and it felt weird. Food was too salty.

We live a half block from this restaurant. During Covid, we always ordered takeout or delivery. Food was always good, but we never had the restaurant experience. Had a couple friends in town last night and opted to go there. Wow! Ordered quite a few dishes to share.... All were Spot. On! This is Thai at its finest! When great food is difficult to find, consider Ban Hua Sai. This place knows what they're doing. Service was great. Food was beyond expectations. Atmosphere was tranquil. Good vibe all around

Great did and friendly staff. Do wish they'd bring back paper menus, though, guess I'm just old school.

Really great food and fantastic service. Nice, clean restaurant, fair prices, and the food is just amazing. Get the kale chips and the puffed roti dessert. Spice levels here are serious business.

We have been here maybe three times and each time has been a mediocre experience. I think we have had their crab fried rice which is good and garlic chicken was as well. Recently, went and waited over 30 mins for our food. I asked for an ingredient to be omitted due to allergies and it came with it so I had to remind the server that it's clearly on top. This made it so we had to wait longer. Saw a few people waiting for takeout and they all seemed pretty unhappy about how long it was taking. There were only two other tables to be waited on in the dining area so clearly they are/were way too short staffed in the kitchen. The dining area was FREEZING. I thought it was just me but then we watched another couple come in and they tried to find a table that was less breezy and ended up trying to close a vent in the ceiling. When they told the waitress, she seemed to not care or offer any suggestions.
