Ordered $80+ meal for a few items on GrubHub. We ordered 3 drinks. Their staff put 3 empty cups in the sealed bag. So, we got no drinks with our meal. Called the location to speak to manager and no one picked up the phone.

It's sad to call a business as a customer just to inform them that there was a lot of salt in there brown rice which I love, but wasn't able to get a hold of the store manager or employees. All I got was a chat app. That was it for me. Never been back since then. Didn't ask for my Money back or asked for my order to be replaced. All I wanted was to inform them that we all make mistakes and this time the rice was full of salt.

Tasted decent, but burritos are now half the size, for some reason, but same price. I would need 2 now to feel full, before I could eat half, then finish the rest for dinner. Also the guy at the counter needs a new job, cause he hates it there and it's obvious.

The person that helped me was like a zombie. I asked her day was and she stared blankly at me. The portions were insanely small too. The burrito was the size of my fist, it used to be much bigger. Very disappointed. The location was clean. Chipotle used to be awesome.

Lazy staff. Was told they were not making more guacamole for the night but they were making guacamole in front of customers saying it was for tomorrow, which is dumb. Give guacamole to paying customers there in the moment and just increase your inventory for future to get back on track that way your customers never suffer and it buys time for new guacamole supplies to get there. Personally, I think the staff was just lazy and did not want to make it as they were also speaking loud enough for customers to hear that they hated making it. Rice was hard or dried out, meat was dried out. Mind you there was still three hours left before store was scheduled to close. It's always hit or miss with this location but last night was the last straw. If you don't like making guacamole, maybe not work at a place where they are literally known for freshness and their guacamole.

I used to visit this store frequently as it was closer to my home. Service: The female employees in the store are quite rude and they don't really care about customer service. It is more like a third world country prison service if one of the female employees in the store were to serve you. They have at most disregard for your requests.Food Quantity: Recently, I was told that they have a new General Manager who has strictly ordered them to give no more than two scoops of anything and that they have to charge extra for additional scoops, even for rice and tomato salsa. The definition of scoop varies depending on who is serving you. They constantly underserve their customers to increase the restaurant's profits. This is especially the case with meat where they give significantly less than 4oz (standard serving size) just to err on the safer side. Food Quality: They use harsh chemicals to clean the serving area. I happened to see it one day when I visited their store. When I questioned about the use of chemicals near the place where food is stored I was told that it is safe to use these chemicals and they have been approved by FDA. The problem is that the employees drop food on the serving area that was cleaned using these chemicals and they pick the food and put it back into the bowl or they keep their hands on this serving area and touch everything else including bowl/burrito. As a results these chemicals make their way into our food. This is kind of sick where they have no consideration for the long-term effects of these chemicals on our bodies.Ambiance: I generally ask for a take out but the store has enough place to seat folks.To be fair, I definitelty had a better experience with this store when the store was managed by their previous manager and when I was served by one of their male employees. Most male employees in the store have a sense of customer service.Please stand up for what you deserve. This restaurant doesn't care even a bit about how and what they serve their cutsomers. Please avoid this location.

Solid spot! Nothing wrong but also nothing outstanding. Parking lot is a bit small, and some of the seats feel like they’re in the dark (over past the bathrooms, which also require a code).

Literally my favorite chipotle of all time. Even when they are busy they manage to always get my food accurately and efficiently. I recently moved so I no longer have access to this location, but man do I miss it. No idea why reviews aren't higher. Highly recommend!

I ordered online and arrived in time to see them make my burrito at the mobile station (so I know it was “fresh” and hadn’t been sitting out).When I got home, my burrito was ice cold, all the ingredients. It’s like their food warmers were off or they got the tortilla straight out of the fridge.
