Stopped by during the closing minutes on a Sunday evening. The employee was wonderful, as were the milk and dark chocolate Rainiers that we got. The chocolates are gigantic compared to the usual chocolate shop, though its understandably pricier being in a tourist spot of downtown Seattle.

Best coffee (Victrola) in the Market - try the rose lavender latte! Also a big fan of the Snoqualmie ice cream & salted chocolate caramels. What a lot of the reviewers below don't seem to understand is that these guys aren't making the ice cream - it's a locally made ice cream. Snoqualmie is family-owned, small batch, & super premium ingredients - hence the price tag (as well as buying anything in the Market being more expensive). I doubt you'll find cheaper ice cream in downtown Seattle, & definitely not made with the quality of ingredients. Same goes for the Victrola coffee.

We had cappuccinos and Hawaiian sea salt dark chocolates as well as the Ranier dark chocolates.

This was a stop on our food tour, had a chocolate covered caramel and coffee. The coffee was excellent! I was hoping they might have a website to order the coffee beans and syrup since we had a lavender and rose latte, that was 5 star. I wish I had a chance to go back before heading back home. Mild flavors, smooth coffee taste, good balance of flavor without being overly sweet. The chocolate caramel was also excellent, a nice thick chewy caramel, and smooth milk chocolate. A hidden coffee gem!

The ice cream and shake we got tasted good, although a bit overpriced. The server was attentive and polite.

Weirdly, I love their iced americano. Still need to try the ice cream, but that and ghost alley are my two favorite spots for an iced americano.

YOU GOTTA TRY AFGOGATO HERE!! The thing with Aftogato is that the icecream shouldn't turn into a milkshake and this place ensures that you get the flavors of both coffee and whichever icecream you are trying. The hosts here are so friendly. If you haven't tried Affogato the hosts are always happy to recommend perfect icecream flavors that go with espresso. This place is truly a HIDDEN GEM!!
This place didn't show up on any recommended ice cream search but I saw people carrying great looking ice creams on Pike Place so decided to try it. I ordered a 2 scoop cone of honey lavender and coffee chocolate for about $13. The photo doesn't show it well but it was HUGE. It was very rich and creamy ice cream and the best I had in Seattle, so would definitely return and recommend it.

Decent ice cream, but very overpriced. Staff is okay. Still, they had the nerve to charge an extra 55 cents for a tiny paper bowl when my daughter’s cone broke and I requested a cup. So unaccommodating, especially given it was for a child. Disappointed.

This place was such a rip-off. I'm really angry at myself for falling for such a tourist trap ice cream stand. Can you believe 2 scoops of sub-par ice cream and a cone came to *over* $17? I just can't believe they can get away with charging so much. Granted I added a percentage tip (bc I always tip). But this was not worth it. Also a small complaint is that the ice cream containers did not line up with the signs on the glass, so what I ordered wasn't what I thought I was going to get. My fault, but for that price they should at least be organized and give a good experience. Never again.

Unfortunately, we were never able to buy any of the ice cream as the employee never served us. He was more than happy to serve 3 customers who came after us but completely ignored us, and thus we took our business elsewhere.
