Drinks were ok, but with my speech impediment, they said I couldn't get another drink.

I love this place. They do a lot to support our extremely tallented local music scene. Open mic nights are on Sundays- and the best artists are picked to play a "Sheldon's showcase." It's a great way for young artists, or established artists who are new in town to get a booking. And you get to see some really incredible emerging bands in a small, intimate venue.I don't drink (but still hang out here because it's awesome) but my friends say they pour strong drinks and the staff are all really friendly and laid back. The atmosphere is great- tall dark wood booths, brick and plenty of seating with a view of the stage.Check it out if you love live music. It's a cool spot.

Pub with diverse mix of live music. Limited amount of booth and bench seating to view stage. We were there celebrating my birthday and saw the diverse sounds of "JAMN". Y'all really need to check them up too. See vid clipWheelchair accessibility: Entrance and wheelchair access areas available.

Always a friendly and fun place to grab drinks and watch live music! They have a nice little dance area up front for getting the juices flowing too.

Went with boyfriend for Halloween nightFemale bartender walk away from my boyfriend after he waited sometime to talk end of bar with someoneWe were upset about being treated so rudely we decided to leaveOn the way out my boyfriend talked to the doormanAnd he was rude and kept saying this is a family barWhich has nothing to do with rude bad serviceThe doorman leaned into my boyfriend like he was going to hit himHe was ether drunk or on meth creepyWe have been there about 6 times in the pastThe bartender was rude in the past but I tried to not let it bother meBut not worth going anywhere that's that rudeFunny thing is we know someone who works there and he would have been shocked about how badly we were treatedThis was the first drink of the nightSo we were not drunkThat I would understandAnd we tip wellSo going to spend it somewhere with mannersAs for the repeated stuff the doorman said I was shocked he had a job there

Every Tuesday night is country night. The service is prompt and friendly. It has a friendly and cozy atmosphere. People are friendly and usually willing to dance with you if you ask. The only thing it's lacking is food.Parking: It might be paid parking during the day but not at night.

Our favorite bar in the city!Super fun weekly events (open mics, bluegrass jams, dancing, concerts), drinks are always excellent, staff is always helpful, and the atmosphere is both cozy and lively. Highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Ballard!
