Drop by to try some cocktails and hanging out with friends. This place is phenomenal. The decoration and interior design is stunningly beautiful. My friend was really impressed by the vibes. Service was good and nice. Will come back again with no doubts.

Great little spot with a swanky and intimate atmosphere. Went because of the location and the comparatively large non-alcoholic drink menu. Some delicious NA drinks, a sampling of their tasting menu and small plates gave us a nice variety of food items to share, and a nicely paced experience. Food was delicious, portioned well for sharing between 2, and had interesting flavor profiles. Playlist was throwback hip-hop which fit the vibe was well curated. We enjoyed it!

I would recommend Deep Dive for cocktails; The ambiance, mood, and aesthetic were super moody and vibey, and the server was extremely knowledgeable about cocktail recommendations and wine pairings. We attended for Valentine's Day and did their coursed meal - Unfortunately, food service was extremely slow and when it was delivered/bussed, was super rushed. The food was also subpar for the price and portions were small. I think the restaurant is set up to cater well for after-work cocktails (obviously, given the location). Maybe just get dinner after elsewhere!

I have loved my visits to Deep Dive, but this time might be my last. We were told upon arrival that we had the table for 2 hours. That's totally reasonable...but at 1.5 hours we were given the check, and at 10 minutes till the cutoff, we were aggressively told we must leave. This was a Tuesday. It was moderately busy. Here is my advice, don't tell us the table is ours for 2 hours - say it was ours for 1.5 hours, give us our check then, and then we would feel like we got a few extra minutes that would have still been within your time restriction. Also, more protein friendly vegetarian options would have been nice - like Deviled eggs without anchovies, edamame. Crackers, bread, and cheesecake aren't conducive to an elevated vegetarian diet.

Worth trying. A little overpriced for what it is.

Abysmal service. Arrived on time with a reservation, celebrating my birthday. Hostess quickly got us seated. We then waited 15 minutes before our waiter/bartender acknowledged us. We ordered and then and had to wait around 10 minutes, which actually isn’t unreasonable for fancy craft cocktails. However, our waiter checked on us soon after getting our drinks, not to be seen again. A different waiter finally came after about 20 minutes and we asked for the check. Another 15 minutes waiting for someone to close us out, the hostess finally did because the reservations were getting backed up. Felt like she was the only one working!

Deep Dive has to work on customer service training for its GM. As a customer, it is reasonable to expect a certain level of service and hospitality when visiting a high-end bar. Our group or was surprised and uncomfortable when the GM/bar manager gave us the bill and told us we were “impeding” on others. This remark came after my husband who was picking me up joined our table. The fact that the GM used the word "impeding" to describe our group's presence is particularly concerning, as it suggests a lack of basic respect for customers. His aggressive manner truly wrecked our experience. We all hope the restaurant can correct this issue and work on his customer service skill. The manager typically sets the tone, and it is not a good one. Many of the poor reviews mention this similar experience.
Great experience. Excellent drinks and food, staff knew their product, could make recommendations and describe the drinks and any unfamiliar liquor, and were personable while remaining professional

Went here for a date night and was greeted by an unattentive host, sat at the bar (after booking a table) and the bartender was less than willing to have a conversation. Drinks themselves were less than fine, quite boring, watery, and not worth $50 for 2 drinks.

This was the single worst dining experience in recent memory. It seems hard to be this awful and nearly every aspect of a customer dining experience. From the hostess, to the waitress, to the prices, to the crampt seating - it was awful. Rude, overpriced and pretentious.

Good drinks, excellent service, and a beautiful ambiance that contributes to it being a perfect date night spot. It's small and the tables are seated closely, however, we were able to carry a private conversation and enjoy an intimate evening. Loved my experience at Deep Dive and it is now my favorite goto speakeasy bar.
