Flame Catering served at a funeral reception today at my church. It was a relatively small gathering but the food was outstanding. They served a tossed salad, fruit, breads, Mediterranean chicken, beef stroganoff and salmon with potatoes, mushrooms and peppers. Everything was well presented and more than well received. As a volunteer the prepared and warm food is always a blessing. Thank you to the kitchen staff who prepared these delicious selections.

Perfect spot for lunch in Pioneer Square. It's definitely in a spot that is less than desirable but the quality and customer service is great. I've been coming to this spot for over 3 years and even since the management change the consistency and quality remains. The lady who owns this cafe now is so personable and offers a variety of her favorite Vietnamese dishes as well as typical cafe food. Good place for lunch. Excellent tator tots! Pretty much that and salads are your gluten free options. Actually the salads are bagged so may have msg. and salads get a little tiring. :(
