Watch using a debit card there. My I paid for my order and when I got home. I found out that I had 2 swipes at Jack in the box on my card. That in the second swipe did not belong to me. I don't know why they double swiped it but just be careful

I usually get my coffee at McDonald's for $1.49 for a large. Came to jack in the box this morning and got a cup of coffee for $3.49! Never knew Jack in the Box coffee cost the same as Starbucks coffee.

No restroom for bus drivers? I dropped a disabled customer. I try to use their restroom. They said only for the customer, not the helper. Bad customer service! I will never come to you.

The lady who served me was fantastic! And very lovely too!
The food was great, but the only thing I did not like was the area that this Jack in the Box was located. It is not the safest place, especially at night, which is when I went. But other than that, great food and service!
The service was prompt but the place smelled. The food didn't taste like anything. At least it didn't taste like old oil.

This was awhile ago now but all the lights were on and the restaurant was supposed to be open. I waited over 20 minutes and no one vet showed up. I don't know what was going on with their staff but they were all MIA. I filed a complaint with their manager whose in charge is the store. She didn't offer a free meal with a drink for the absolute annoying inconvenience and basically wrote back an "f you" nothing I can do about it. I will never go their to eat again. The main lady in charge has no clue what "customer service" means!
