If you love coffee, especially Chi Lattes, then this place is definitely worth going to! They allow you to bring your own cup and they will give a discount. The staff remember you when you come in. Occasionally, they do mess up, but they worked with me on the one time they did. I would give this place even more stars if I could.

Atmosphere, I only get an espresso to go. But their coffee's never disappointed. As one who lived in Seattle for over 6 years, walked it the whole time, and hit up EVERY COFFEE PLACE in the city, this place is one of my faves!

I would like to preface that I have worked and coffee and managed a coffee shop for a long time- so I respect the workers and know how to properly order a drink. The male employee there was extremely rude, passive aggressive, cut me off and then charged charged me $11 for one drink that should've costed maybe $7. He continued to say something about us to his coworker and they had a laugh.

the salads WOULD be my regular lunch go-to if i could be confident they checked the lettuce quality daily. twice my stomach has been upset by wilted lettuce i uncovered too late.

I normally love going to the E Bar at Nordstrom at other locations, however, today was not pleasant. I was interrupted a few times while trying to order because the associate kept turning to talk to another associate as I was trying to talk and the girl who made my drink barely called it out and walked away from the bar immediately after making it. Nobody said hello or thanks to me. I’m super particular about my customer service as you can tell and I expect more from Nordstrom employees. Not impressed.
