I had an appointment with Dr. John Brooling about a lot of abdominal discomfort and liquid splashing around my chest. They farmed me out to their chosen contractor, Inland Imaging, for an MRI, as PacMed does not do imaging. The notes were very "everything was normal" but I never got to see the imaging. This was read by Scott King. Well, obviously my symptoms were still there after a long while. A few months later, I got a chest Xray somewhere else and it came back kind of abnormal, so I scheduled an appointment with a pulmonologist and told him to pull up all my past images. It was clear right away that the MRI was ABNORMAL. The left sided viscera was pushed into my chest. This was not indicated anywhere on the readout. This delayed any life saving care I could have gotten as now my stomach is in my upper thoracic cavity, even further than before. Dr. Brooling has since shrugged his shoulders because "he doesn't read the images, you have to talk to Inland Imaging" DO NOT GO HERE. THEY FARM ALL IMAGING TO A THIRD PARTY WHO WILL STONEWALL YOU WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY THEY READ IMAGING WRONG. I suspect this is to...well, you know. Things have statutes of limiations, I guess. If you need anything done, DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you have a tumor or anything, you might not find out because the accuracy with image reading is simply not there.

Dr. L Adams is an awesome dentist very personable and kind. I would recommend this dentist who cares about the health of your teeth! I'd give him more star's if there were more to give! Keep smiling Dr. Adams your amazing!

I miss Dr Lackerman since she retired as my Doctor for over 30 years. I tried with a new PCP Doctor, lets just say I will be switching to a new one. I wanted to make sure of my feelings and give her a chance first. I’m sure she will be a great Doctor one day with more experience but not for me right now. I have too much to lose with trial and error while she learn the ropes. She’s sweet and nice but lack enough experience just yet in MY opinion. This is not a bash but a difference in personalities and right fit for me.

Got my blood drawn today at Labcorp located in the Pacific Medical building at Beacon Hill. The labcorp person palpated my vein again before inserting the needle. That is not correct aseptic technique. Once the vein is cleaned it should not be touched again.I wish I said something but she inserted the needle before I could object.I better not get an infection in the blood!!

Docs are great but the blood collection person at the lab sucks! Dude was rude, inconsiderate, and walked like a 90yr old grandpa.

i booked zoom bc i work full time and appts dont need to be in person. their zoom expectations are for the patient to be 15 min early to the appointment.the appointments are billed by time and complexity. doc was late 20 minutes past start time to our first zoom meeting. he wrote in his notes that he started the meeting at 108 but i have an email of me asking the staff where he is at 110. i also was called by the staff, and we hung up when he came online at 120.he was late 10 minutes past start time to the next zoom meeting. i saw him for 10 minutes (110 to 120). i kept note of when we started and ended due to the poor experience of our first meeting. also, i told the nurse when booking the appointment that i would only need 15 minutes but she booked a 30 minute meeting, and she told me to let him know to write in his notes that it was a 15 meeting. he incorrectly wrote in his notes that he saw me from 105 - i called the clinic and was on the phone with someone at 110 but told them he was finally online and the employee and i hung up. utterly unprofessional - if it was the other way around, the clinic would have charged me as no show. he wasnt late just once but both times we had zoom meetings.they charged me for a 30 minute meeting when he said he only spent 2 to 3 minutes for non-face time plus we only spent 10 minutes in the meeting, making it less than 15 minutes total. they literally charge different rates for 5 minute increments so 15 minutes vs 30 is a big difference. i called billing the same day of the second appointment, and asked what they coded but it wasn't entered yet; the person read through his notes and stated she would be surprised if it was not a level 1 (least expensive and most straightforward), and told me to call back and dispute if it is a lot. they ended up billing me for level 3 and the person i talked to today said there is nothing they could do. she told me i could make payments but it isnt that i cant afford it - the service, including charts and notes, wasn't rendered for 30 minutes, i shouldnt be charged for excess time.awful experience in general - if they are going to offer telehealth, they should understand online meeting courtesy and not waste patients' time. dishonest billing, do not recommend

WORST customer experience ever!!! Been trying for a week to schedule an appointment with their doctors, and I've been on hold for 15mins at a time then the call drops!! Their doctors are showing to accept new patients on MyChart and other apps and when you call they tell you we don't accept new patients. Doesn't deserve a wasted min!!! Train your receptionists or hire a more respectful staff!!!!

Review of H. Sahi, MD: first of all the reviews on the pac med site for this doctor seem fake. No one I know talks like that. Check it out and form your own opinion. Also, they are mostly 5 star reviews of this doctor. Hardly. There is no way they are legit. She is awful. Cold fish in person. I'm able to tolerate that in a medical provider if they nail it from a patient care / clinical standpoint. Failure on those fronts also. She delayed medication for my loved one, never returned phone calls, screwed up the paperwork (we actually had to print out our own paperwork and provide It to her to expedite the process). Refused to fill out FMLA paperwork. Her ancillary staff try to cover for her but they seem swamped. I can only hope their incompetence is due to being overwhelmed because the alternative is hard to fathom. Oh yea, the facility on beacon hill is a dump. They didn't even have an adequate pulse ox device. She's a pulmonologist!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a terrible visit at this place. Went for a preventive annual checkup and was billed $300 (already after insurance) because the provider marked the 20 minute visit down as a strep visit because she ordered a strep test due to me having a sore throat (it was negative results, btw…). Billing department was very unhelpful in correcting this too, saying that whatever the provider put in is what they need to charge. I’ve never felt more confused about the whole process and how this is even legal..

Dr King is wonderful. However the administrative experience is terrible - scheduling issues, miscommunications, prescriptions refill issues and more. I do not feel comfortable sharing details due to privacy but other reviews give examples.
Took my son for a routine procedure. They made me call my insurance company to make sure it would cover, which ran out the time, so now I have to reschedule and it has to be done within this week.

I want to give five stars, because I gave an amazing doctor and the reception staff are super helpful every time I have been here over the past 15+ years. My complaint is with the lab, or at least how none of the information about when it is open is correct on the web. I came on a Saturday because Google said it was open. That's on Google and they need to change it. I am now here during my work hours with a very narrow window to get in, get out and get to work without repercussions. PacMed website says opens at 7:30 M-F. Nope. Schedule on door says opens at 8:00. But wait...newly printed sign taped to door says "Opens at 8:15. SORRY." Just saying you should call and check hours, especially if you are worried about getting fired, because PacMed doesn't seem to worry about wasting people's time or posting accurate information anywhere.UPDATE: Knocked a second star off, because the phlebotomist just called in to say they won't be here until 8:30 ?

Be ready to advocate for yourself as a patient. Doctors are condescending and there is a lot of process. Except long wait times for appointments (multiple months). Does not compare well with medical care in other major metropolitan areas, like NYC/SF. As with many things in Seattle/WA, it just kind of sucks.

They are understaffed so you have to be patient. They have a parking garage. The dr are great here at the clinic. The only thing here some of the drs are near retirement age and I have to find a new dr here at the clinic. I recommend all dr here in the clinic, but find out which one you like to be primary care for you. Always wear your mask. require

Update: Physical Therapists Gia and Tiffany are also amazing and have helped me regain my mobility!I recently switched my primary care to this place, and it was a great decision:) Dr Ann Watson is amazing, down-to-earth and really listens to you unlike other doctors that are pushing you out the door as soon as you walk in. The building itself has almost everything you need right there, so no need to go elsewhere for x-rays, physical therapy, dentistry, etc. Everyone has been very helpful and able to answer any questions you have. They also accept Medicaid which is fantastic. I'm very happy with Pacific Medical Center:)
