A cute little local neighborhood coffee spot. Easy parking. Enjoyed my latte but my husband said the americano was a little watery so I don’t know if they only put in one shot. The have macrina pastries which we always enjoy. A little kid area which my kids love to hang out in.Thank you Resistencia for the response. We will come back in :)
Stopped in because I like the vibes, had a lovely chat with Kyle, sipped a delicious cold brew, and checked out the local art... Will be back next time I'm in town ?
great lil vibe for some quiet time. Absolutely wonderful service - I feel super comfortable here and focused oddly. There’s also a spot for kids to play which is an anomaly and I’m sure super valuable for parents out and about with kiddos. It’s in a sweet spot between west seattle and Georgetown and burien which is ideal for me… parking was close and available, and there were lots of little bites that I did not try, but were accommodating to all types of food restrictions. I try to visit tons of coffee shops, but I think I will be back to this one :)
Resistencia CoffeeResistencia Coffee is a delightful coffee shop found in South Park. This coffee shop has thrived through Covid and for a good reason. They are a part of this community and care about the people that visit them. I have been going here since my good artist friend Simon (simonandrewart) introduced me to this cozy place. This is a great place to come, enjoy the friendly people, coffee and delicious baked goods. I enjoy sitting with friends while working on projects together. They check for vaccination cards here. ;-)
great shop with unique, local neighborhood goods, community spirit, and kickass brews. good seating for working, too! COVID conscious staff is masked, as are patrons not actively drinking coffee.
The baristas are friendly. The traveler's chai tea is really good. There are outlets to charge your phone. The store is clean and there is parking.
Friendly service & very good specialty lattes!!
We're from Australia and we're looking for a half decent coffee on the way to Seattle airport. Google brought us here and it was great. Just like having coffee at home.
Best coffee and iced tea and pastries around the area sometimes hard to find parking the most friendly staff nice places to sit a little small tho usually a little line have to wait a little while sometimes
It's very adorable with a small city vibe. You go inside and forget where you are in South Park. Friendly staff and the cappuccino is amazing perfect foam. Plus there's free parking.
The curry breakfast burrito is delicious, especially with the spicy chili sauce. Wow!
Resistencia Coffee is a place where everyone feels genuinely welcome the moment they enters the shop. Faviola and Amber, the baristas who made me a great latte, are warm and friendly, they care about customers and make great efforts to bring a cup of nice coffee and a piece of joy to everyone, whether they are regulars, like many people who visited the shop while I was there, or me, a total stranger. The atmosphere was fantastic.Besides the standard coffee and tea menu, they also have some baked goods and sandwiches/wraps for a full breakfast. The shop has some indoor seatings, including a couple of comfortable couches and a children's corner, as well as a few small outdoor tables at the back. Resistencia supports local community and have lovely crafts for sale from local artists. It is a true neighborhood coffee shop that is rooted in the community and serves it with a big heart.
Visiting the area with a friend, came upon this place by chance. Very tasty London Fog tea latte and hot chocolate. Exceptionally nice staff and a nice little space.
A local gem. I’ve never had a bad experience at this cafe, absolutely love their cowboy breakfast sandwich and their toasted buns. Anytime I get an iced mocha from here it makes my day. Kyle helped me and my dad today and he is exceptionally lovely. His energy brightens the whole place. Thank you Kyle!
Quaint coffee place popular with the folks around wanting to catch up over coffee or have a team meeting. Very simple seating.Lots of options for coffee, tea and chocolate drinks and also a few bakery eatsGood coffee but what made the experience better was the friendly staff. Thank you.
