The name of the company actually changed to BagelBop. When I went, there was only one woman working, so the line took awhile, but the breakfast sandwich was very good - better than I expected a bagel from Seattle to be. Good amount of seasoning and the sandwich was fresh/hot, and you can see it being made.

Since I tried these, I think of bagels differently. Both my boyfriend and I love these, he got a butter and honey bagel and I ordered hummus on mine. So simple yet so delicious, just one bite and we were shocked of the amazing taste. The man who took care of us was really nice and polite. This was on November 2020.

What a gem in the world of bagels!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try.We have known AJ Gambari, the CEO/Owner of SBB for many years. I always suspected he would be an outstanding entrepreneur/business man. To many of us, the SBB proves it. SBB was languishing and AJ has revived it and improved. The bagels are tasty and fresh. He is "cooking up" some new innovations that will further differentiate him from the competition. Everything is great.... bagel dog is my fav. No cheap dog in there either. Exceptional spreads and sauces, too. Congrats to AJ and his team. Top of the Hill in Renton carries these gems. Check the website for other retail locations.

This little bagel shop in Pike Place market definitely gives everyone in the city a run for their money!! Best bagels in Seattle. Somehow they manage to keep the price is low too!

Best bagel in Seattle, period. I really don't need to say more. Order the everything bagel with salmon lox and all the fixings. They aren't skimpy with their salmon portions so I feel cared for and respected haha. My boyfriend always indulges in their jalapeño cheddar bagel dogs and he's obsessed, we take a trip here together almost every weekend and have never been disappointed.
Loved the everything bagel with cream cheese. There was plenty of cream cheese and the bagel was fresh. The service was great and the taste was excellent.

I do not normally do reviews but my experience needed to be documented. (My first ever Yelp review) my husband and I were at Pike Place Market this past Sunday and I have to say I was very impressed with the lady working behind the counter. Here's what happened...... We were waiting to place our order and the lady in front of us came back to say that something was missing from her order, the worker very politely apologized and tried to tell the customer that she was never charged for what she was missing then was immediately cut off by the customer. The customer started yelling and swearing at the lady working. The worker couldn't get a word in to even try to make anything right. Then the customer took off her face mask and started yelling around the plexiglass that was set up for protection. As the worker was trying to defuse the situation the customer yelled more profanity at the worker then stormed off. Without missing a beat the lady working turned to us and took our order with the most positive attitude even after just being yelled at for no reason! I don't know this lady's name but I'm hoping she gets this message.....thank you giving us a great experience and I'm sorry that some people have to be jerks. Nobody deserves to be treated the way you were especially with all that is going on in this world currently......and by they way our sausage breakfast sandwich and Jalapeño bagel dog were amazing!

If you read the other 1 star reviews, they mention the lady in the morning. Guess who was there when I went there? Yup. Ordered lox on an everything bagel and a bagel dog. Got a cream cheese on an everything bagel and a bagel dog. Went back and said there's no lox. She said "no, you ordered cream cheese. I didn't charge you for lox" Ok. Fine. Didn't offer to make it right and I would've paid for the correct order When did "lox on an everything bagel" sound like "cream cheese on an everything bagel"? First and last time I'll be patronizing this place.

Wow the lady in the morning is an absolute racist condensing individual with the WORST ATTITUDE Ever!! I ordered a bagel Sandwich and asked her if she could Put onions on it and I would pay extra she said no she can't do that meanwhile I'm watching her put onions on the sand which she just made so my bf says excuse me you have onions right there and she yells at him to put his mask on which he took a sip of his coffee and put it right back on she yelled I don't want to get CORONA FROM YOU my bf is black which leads me to think she def is racist and a mean person I hope you go out of this business you should be treating every customer with respect her tone was malicious and unprofessional the worst place in all of pikes places probably even the city
