So they had great reviews on some of the crispiest chicken, so I had to check them out for myself and they did not disappoint!! Plus side if you go on Friday they serve gumbo on the side which made my day even better. A go to place for chicken

Fried chicken? Yes please! Crunchy outside coating but not so much that it cuts the roof of your mouth and juicy flavorful chicken inside. There's outdoor seating and quite a few folks had a pina colada that looked delicious! My favorite side was the collards, followed by the waffle fries. Mac n cheese and potato salad were just alright.

Stopped in for a quick bite on their outdoor porch (very socially distanced and all walk up service.) Got the chance to try their iced piña colada (put in a bubble tea like container feeling very sanitary) and it refreshing on a summer evening. But the star of the show was Cookie's Country Chicken. We got the fried chicken tenders, fried chicken sando and fried cauliflower and everything was SO. GOOD.
