Went in for one last burger before they close. The line is long, but if you're a Zippy's fan, well worth the wait! I thought with the onslaught of people trying to get their last fix in, the quality might suffer a bit. IT DID NOT! Still a good, fresh bun with crisp lettuce and juicy tomatoes with a perfectly charred meat patty. I had the Great Dane, which was loaded with scrumptious bleu cheese and a huckleberry shake. I just saw the fb post that Zippy's is closing. Sad day. They have the best burgers in Seattle. I always got the one with the spicy link and the fried egg. Soooo dang good!!! Decent fries and good tartar sauce. My only complaint ever was no fountain drinks. 14 years was not a long enough run for a place this good. Good luck in your next venture.

Zippys never disappoints. Yeah, you have to wait, sometimes a long time. And calling ahead can be hit or miss because they are usually busy. But they are definitely the best burgers in West Seattle, White Center and Burien. What are you waiting for? Go.
