If you are in the mood for some good pho,you can always count on Le’s Pho. They are consistently delicious, great service and very friendly staff. It’s located in a strip mall up north from Seattle in Shoreline.
Soup so good it makes me want to cut my beard off! Seriously, the pho GA is amazing and I often bring a thermos to take the broth on winter hikes. The bahn mi are also very good. Best of all everyone here is really friendly and makes it feel like I'm catching a quick bite at a friend's place.
Portions were good with enough meat, and the broth is not bad - if you want it hot, then you will have to request it.
Spring roll was a good size, but so is the price.
Overall had a pleasant meal.
