Copperstone Family Spaghetti Restaurant

We stopped here after visiting the falls for a lunch break. The daily soup was Tomato Basque and was homemade and very delicious. Not thick, more watery with big chunks of tomatoes. For the main dish, the lasagna was amazing. Again, homemade pasta and sauce with very small cut up veggies. For a drink I had a Sangria which was very refreshing. I highly recommend this place and I'll come back when visiting again.

Really hard to believe that Nona was not in the back doing the cooking. Amazing food, great service, relaxing atmosphere. Worth the drive and the time.

Passing through Snoqualmie and looking for lunch, we found Copperstone’s was open. No one was inside and there was one group dining outdoors, so we were hesitant. What a good surprise. The best Caesar salad either of us have had. Period. Cold, creamy and just delicious. I had lentil soup. Again, best ever. Not too peppery or spicy ( which happens to me often) just really flavorful. Hubby had the spaghetti and meatballs and he said it was very good. Waitress told us everything is homemade and we could tell. Highly recommend.

Waste of money. Service was okay. Whoever cooked my pasta doesn’t know how to cook pasta at all. Classic Alfredo with watery source and uncooked garlic. It was too spicy and never touched my pasta after one try.

The restaurant looks nice and cozy inside. It is comfortable.
The service was average. Nothing to rave about but frequent and accommodating.
The food was an absolute disappointment.
The Alfredo was edible and not more.
The pizza was flavorless, very underwhelming.
How do you mess up Mac'n'Cheese?
Our stomachs did not feel well after eating there, either.
We would probably not go back for the food, unfortunately.

All around okay - We weren't blown away with any of the food with all our pasta dishes being heavy with oil. The service team was lovely, as was the ambiance, but the food fell below our expectations and wouldn't be our first choice for Italian in the Snoqualmie-North Bend area

What a quaint restaurant! Our food was outstanding! Ordered the bruschetta, Caesar salad, pepperoni pizza, and pasta puttanesca and everything was so delicious! Highly recommend! Staff was friendly and accommodating!

I stopped by this local Italian restaurant and had the lasagna—absolutely delicious and comforting. What made the experience even better was the owner, who was so warm and kind. You can tell she really cares about her food and her customers. I’ll definitely be back!
