Had a last minute staff party at the northside location. Collin (I hope I got that right) did a fantastic job handling all 26 guests by himself and was super helpful. We had a great time!!

We had a large group (with a reservation made over a week in advance) at this location for a going away dinner at 530pm 8/8/24. We were ignored for the first 10 minutes of standing inside the restaurant, the waved over to a section against the wall and told that we should sit there. No menus were given to us at that time. We proceeded to sit down at the tables we were told to sit at, and they were still dirty with food and crumbs all over them. It was easily another 10-15 minutes before we were given water, chips and menus. After that our server disappeared and only came back after we approached another worker stating that we were ready to order, hopefully before happy hour ended. Our server came back to take our order with a completely horrible attitude like we were making her life hell just by being there. Our drinks sat on the bar counter for almost 20 min before being brought to us and then a few minutes later when the food was ready, the server just threw the plates on the table spilling food into laps. "oppps sorry" was all that was said, and in a VERY snotty attituded. There is way more to the lack of service and the poor attitude that was happening. The manager was spoken to at least twice but nothing was ever done. We had 2 people in our party actually get up and leave after being ignored for almost 30 minutes, they were never even brought water. BEWARE!!! service is horrible at this location, go to a different one!!!!

This is a long review, but everyone needs to know. Good atmosphere if you like to be neglected, my girlfriend and I went to this location tonight 7/31/24 at 7pm, we walked in to be seated but was not greeted for almost 10 minutes (with plenty of serving staff and open tables) After a server took pity on us they sat us then preceded to wait another 20 minutes until another server said "she would try and find our server", no water or chips an salsa for another 5-10 more minutes for said server to acknowledge us and bring the basic necessities, as you could imagine we had about 25-30 minutes to look over the menu before the server approached us again for our food order. Then she disappeared again for another 20 minutes until I approached her to ask for more water. We witnessed the manager come out several times but never helping the wait staff catch up in any manner. We finally received our food, the tacos+margaritas flight, $32/ per person. The tacos were decent, and the margaritas were basically puree with a small splash of tequila, aka just juice. Our dinner experience took about 2.5 hours for tacos and margaritas starting around 7pm -9pm. This is their newest location, and there is a ton of growing pains. At one point, our server went out to the parking lot to change out of her 4-5in heels. We love De Leon's, but we will never be back to this location. It was that bad. This deserves the utmost immediate attention of further educating the staff and manager to do better.

Our server was extra kind, despite my clumsiness when I spilled a drink. Very thoughtful and patient with frequent check-ins.

Division and hastings location. Arrived, no contact from waitstaff! Mentioned to manager 3 times, no response from waitress ! Gathering was 15 people and was reserved 4 days ahead. Only response was that they were under staffed. Not our fault, you knew we would be there, you didn't plan ahead. Left after waiting for an hour. No drinks or anything. Only reason we had a menu was because there was already one on the table. Won't be back at this location! I understand from thoes in the group who did stay, service didn't get any better! Your location to whitworth could bring you alot of business but not with the mismanagement of your staff!

We came in at 8:35, this place closes at 9. Instead of being fed Mexican food, we got fed some lame excuse as to why they couldn’t seat us. “A cleaning crew comes in promptly at 9 and blows the HVAC out”. Excuse me? You’ve got other patrons in here who have drinks on the table but haven’t been served yet. You expect them to be out by 9 sharp? Your lack of service starkly contrasts other restaurants in the vicinity…Dos Gordos closes at 8, after work one night I stopped by at 8:10 and they opened back up to seat me and told me to have my family come meet me. I’d highly recommend that anyone reading this head down to Dos Gordos instead, or you’ve got the trusty fall back of Rancho Chico who seated us at 8:45 tonight when your establishment failed to realize that the time they clock out and go home is realistically going to be much later than the 9pm closing time posted on the window.

Went for the first time with a friend and I know I'll be back! The chips and salsa were delicious. I ordered the Holy Tacos, and holy moly were they delicious, especially with the salsa verde. I ordered a sampler platter to go to bring home for family and it was generously portioned and everything tasted amazing.
