Stopped at the Gonzaga Forza yesterday for a gyro around 2 pm, I have to say that it didn't even come close to the way that Sullivan Forza used to make their gyros. Yesterday it was only little meat, lettuce, sauce and the wrap. The Sullivan location used to load the wrap with onion, peppers, feta cheese, olives. Extremely disappointed,
Nice place, but the prices are high and coffee was extra bitter. If you like that sort of thing this place might be your jam. The seating was good but I saw way more people going to the Starbucks up the road probably because the coffee isn't as bitter. Maybe offer a warning and an alternative blend.

This shop has by far one of the best Colombian roasts in Spokane. I go to coffee tasting in Las Vegas and San Francisco every year and I honestly think Forza has the best one. I recommend cold brew with no Sugar or cream. The natural Flavored hint of dark chocolate and a small Hint of Carmel makes taste amazing! Great job forza!!!
