I like Jack in the Box. The drive thru employee was really friendly. I didn't go in the restaurant. It's still fast food. But got a decent dinner for 2 people off the value menu for $11 dollars.

I wish I could rate 0 stars! We were in the restaurant and an employee came in to talk to his manager. The manager started yelling at the employee in front of us. I was baffled. She walked away, and the employee said “so you’re not going to talk to me?”. She was yelling at him from the back cooking area about how “she has no time to talk to her employees because he’s not important”. Yes those were her words! This is why I will never ever work in fast food or come to this location ever again. The manager was completely disrespectful to the employee. They really need to get some new managers!

Came in to order food. Needed to use the bathroom first. The lady said no code to bathroom unless you order food first.. I find that very rude. I will never come to this location again. Pines and mission.. first of all we are not all drug users and they should have a little more respect for the people who come in and buy food from them because without the customer's there is no restaurant and no job for you to work at....

Come-on, its Jack in the Box. Who's looking at reviews for Jack in the Box? They are all the same. A complaint about Jack in the Box is reeeeally nitpicky. You know what you're getting when you go there, and if you're drunk (or even if you're not)you know that you're going because it sounds delicious and there's not much else open right now. "Go for it! It's cheap and you have definitely had worse." says the tiny devil version of yourself on your left shoulder. "For once, I agree with him" the other, nicer, tiny angel version of you says into your ear. Well, you know what I say? Don't hold back. You can do this. You SHOULD do this. Treat yourself to some of that "I don't give a s #it" food

IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT GO HERE!! not speaking for all, im sure that there are some good employees here but the manager here was very rude, as well as the employee taking our food. we asked our order to be made fresh and then they replied with “well obviously” at the window we waited for our food and then asked for sauces and questioned who took our order and if she was a manager and then she flipped out. she said we were rude and snarky “that she was about to hop on the mic”, not the case because the employee who took our order kept asking multiple times for us to speak up so we did. then she went on to say “we don’t appreciate you asking for us to cook your food fresh at this time and at this point when we have no customers right now” and then we asked how we were being “snarky” and she just said “you just were” and then we asked “can we get our sauces?” she replied with “no.” before she slammed the door and locked the drive thru window. ordered a large fry and didnt get one, as well as the fries being cold and soggy. pleased to say this was the worst drive thru experience i have ever experienced, and to have them be rude to paying customers? i have worked in the fast food industry before and this was out of line.

Don’t be open 24 hours if you can serve fresh food or staff the place. I got a loaded brekfast sandwich on a split top bun. It’s 3AM. The eggs were hard as a hockey puck. Couldn’t get them down. Very hard to chew. It’s cold out. I had my window up I have a baby in the back. The guy at the window opened up the window this I started rolling mine down. He rolled his eyes and stared in to space gawking. I handed him my card and he made me wait til he was done throwing a fit and took my card.
Go to the Argonne location, I have had nothing but problems at this one. And tonight they even lied to me. Trying to pass of a $3 cheese burger instead of my butter Swiss Jack I had paid for at $8.50. And didn't even tell me they couldn't make my order intell I confronted them about being the wrong samewhich.
