Y'all need to adjust your pick up times for delivery services. ero reason I should have to wait 10-15 minutes PAST pick up time, every time. Get it together.Also... Every time I am in this establishment employees just sitting around being lazy. Maybe if ppl were working together this wouldn't happen.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, simple order. Pizza, bread sticks with some chicken. I ordered light sauce! Easy on the sauce. Well, didnt come that way! In fact it seemed more than usual. Also, the cheese bread wasn't cut. What the heck! I went against my own rules and paid a good tip, I know it isn't the messager, but come on! Easy simple request. Won't order again

I order online for delivery. Have never had any problems with my orders. My recent order from Sunday January 28, from603 W 3rd Ave, Spokane, WA 99201, was my BEST order experience.
Not rating atmosphere as I wasn't there. My roommate and I were worried that our craving for Pizza Hut was colored by nostalgia rather than the reality of what the food would taste like, due to some disappointing experiences at Pizza Huts in the past, but we ordered it anyway. The food was excellent, the service was speedy, and we had no complaints.
Does anybody even work here? Every time I show up it’s like I’m waiting 15 minutes before I even see a person, then, they suddenly appear and start working on orders without even addressing my existence at the front counter. If you don’t wanna work? Quit.

I came in and ordered and the manager there helped me and they were just the kindest person I think their name was Dom they were so nice I don’t think I have had such amazing customer service in years!

Pizza Hut is about the only pizza I'll eat. The staff at this location has always been friendly and helpful.
Was left on hold for almost an hour, I didn’t get my complete delivery order and don’t have all day to sit on hold. Never even got ahold of them because it’s absolutely absurd to wait that long. Never ordering again! Have yet to get a refund as well!
Love the crispy crust. Classic pepperoni & cheese is good. My personal favorite is the Hawaiian pineapple & ham.
