Very rude lady working here.I stopped to pick up a grub hub delivery. The notes from the restaurant state that unless you're told too, do not come into the restaurant and to call instead.So I parked and called them. When I told her I was there to pick up an order, she was very snarky and told me she didn't see me in the restaurant.I told her the notes said to call and not to come in. She told me those were old covid notes, in a tone of I should have known thatShe brought the order out and continued to explain to me they were old notes in the same snarky tone instead of apologizing for the mix up, and say THEY will change the note that THEY put on there.It is not the responsibility of the driver to decipher if notes are old or new, just to follow whatever note the restaurant has.

So excited to find vegan options. The server was Marge and she was friendly and efficient. The vegan appetizers were incredible. Highly recommend!

Food war ridiculous. General So's chicken was soggy and batter was not finished cooking. Egg Fo Young was partially COLD, and came ONE to an order, gravy was partially congealed and the take out container leaked gravy all inside the plastic bag it was carried home in. Place reeks of tobacco. AND what what was served it was expensive.

Chicken was very mushy when it arrived. Food was spilt in the bag, total mess. Rice over cooked. None of the breading on anything had any crisp. Definitely has gone down hill over the years. Will never order again. Would like a refund but we all know that won’t happen. $97 down the drain.Also, girl answering your phone is not very customer service like. Very straight to the point and rushing you off the phone. No “hello” when answering the phone or anything just “red dragon!” “K” “anything else”

Family ran local business.Great food, good prices very authintic.food was awesome looove the lemon chicken and crispy Mandarin beef yuuuuumy . Great staff also they deliver for small delivery fee better to order through restaurant than grub hub or Uber it's cheaper that way n u don't have to worry about a driver not showing up to bring u ur food.they also have live music a cpl times a week on Wednesdays n on Weekend's!!!!

My wife and I have wanted to find a good Chinese place in spokane for a while. It's been difficult. But I think we've found one.We walked in on a Saturday night. To my dismay, there was live music in Red Dragon's cocktail bar in the adjacent building. The band was great, but I don't like live music while I'm eating.Fortunately, the sound was slightly diminished because of the wall. We got the waitresses' attention, and she was very sweet. She sat us down and took it order.My wife is gluten-free, and Red Dragon could accommodate her very well. My wife ordered the Mongolian beef, and I got the orange chicken. Both were delicious!I highly recommend red dragon. But if you're not into loud live bands, don't go late on a weekend.
The lighting seems too bright and open. The bar in the restaurant takes up a lot of space so it makes it vibe weird. The two women that run the bar and the dining area both seem very unhappy and have sharp personalities. Nothing about them is either warm or shows the meaning of hospitality. The order was correct and food was great especially the egg rolls.
Pretty standard for American chinese, they have a fairly large selection of vegan options which are always cooked well. Also very accommodating and friendly staff!Vegetarian options: Tofu as protein, and there is a soup

Just…no. Ordered sesame chicken and I was appalled with the taste of it. The egg drop soup that comes out prior to the entree looks like thick mucus, green and everything. At least the waitress was super sweet. I’m ok never coming back here, even if I were starving to death.

Red Dragon has a nice atmosphere and great service. The egg flower soup was delicious and the meat roasted in house is top notch. I’m excited to go back and try the General Tso.
