Coffee taste burnt as hell. Bonus, people are usually friendly, but it depends who you get. I do NOT recommend.Vegetarian options: Maybe a few breads or cinn6rolls that, that's about all I remember.Parking: Limited spots immediately by location, but plenty on street very near by.Kid-friendliness: Well behaved kids, sure. Wild one's, please go to a trampoline park instead.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors to building it's in are heavy, but I usually get in via my wheelchair when someone else holds the door.

The turkey sandwich I had on their house made bread was..subpar at best. The only thing edible/quality was the bread. The atmosphere is cozy but I was put off by the large puddle of dirty water near my table under their rack of wine bottles. The service was perfect, although I was the only patron at the time. The staff was welcoming and kind and made a great cup of coffee.

I'm in town for a week and I've stopped here every day. The coffee is delicious, and always out in a flash. I've had their lox bagel and it doesn't disappoint. Last but certainly not least, the staff is super friendly and they create such a welcoming atmosphere.

Wasnt there to eat or drink but all smelled wonderful... it was just convienent till the building opened the rest of the doors so I could go get my massage...But the staff there were so kind and helpful.

This place is usually ok, but this most recent visit I don’t think I want to come back. Nearly every barista that works there is snobby, they are unwelcoming and act like you’re wasting their time. Not only this visit, but other visits and other baristas as well. I always tip and am polite so this really makes no sense, but the turnover there is quite frequent so maybe that’s why, new hires don’t realize they’re working in customer service.The coffees we got today were extremely lack luster, the mocha was literally horrible and the temp was luke warm, we tossed the whole thing after two attempts to drink it. The iced coffee was 80% ice, flavor ok, but the 2 bagels we got were both somehow bad as well. One bagel wasn’t hot, and the other was burned? It made no sense. Not to mention the barista handled our bagels with her bare hands after and while touching the register. I’m not sure what’s happened to this place but every visit in the last 6 months has been steadily declining. A real shame cause I used to love grabbing a drink and food here. Don’t waste your time
We ordered coffee and a scone. Coffee was out of a pump and lukewarm. Scone was old and stale.

I think I've been to all of Rocket Bakery's locations, but this downtown location is my favorite. Nice staff, fresh snacks and breakfast- lunch items and, of course, great coffee.

Not inclusive. Staff referred to me as a “turkey” after ordering a water (because I had already ordered coffee, food, and tipped $10 that day). On another occasion, management offered me a white lighter to go kill myself. Thanks, Jeff- Maybe I’ll practice on you first.
