We won’t be back, services was great food was poor. Frozen strawberries on a waffle that was not closed to cooked. I can see why were the only ones in there, should of been the first hint.

Food was good but $17 for a bacon burger double pattie or not is a little spendy. The waitress was overly friendly which was great but for the $ spent you can do way better. Though the buns were made in house and tasty. The bathroom was horrible and nasty. Like they need a new sink and faucets. The one urinal was set way too high and the one toilet was super low. Like very weird truly and nasty dirty. Plus they have minimal hours of operation as well. Frank's nostalgic diners right across the street. You're better served going there or to Ming Wahs right around the corner.

My friend and I liked this diner. The booths were big and comfortable. The atmosphere was nice and it was clean too. All the employees were nice and helpful. Our waiter kept making us laugh. The service was fast as well. My friends coffee cup stayed full. We both got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. She has Swiss cheese, I had american. When the food first came out, I was excited to try it. It looked delicious! It was really good too. It had a great flavor. The bread was so good it was homemade with crispy edges. It was big and filling. The cheese, bacon, and veggies were all good and fresh. The fries were also super good, nice, and crispy. I would definitely go eat a burger here again. The only complaint I had was that the bottles of ketchup they had on the table tasted weird, and I didn't like it. Either left out too long or not cleaning before putting new ketchup in. Everything else was amazing, and I want to try their other items. They also have an ice cream area.

Uncle Rusty's is Spokane's best kept secret. It's family owned and operated with Rusty himself at the grill. The staff are always wonderfully friendly and attentive and the food is fantastic, pancakes as big as the plate. Fairly priced, super casual atmosphere, certainly not fancy (and I mean that as a positive), and kid friendly.

Their food got me really sick yesterday. It was the only thing I ate. I don’t think their chicken fried steak was good. Neither the person I took out or I could finish our plate. They eggs weren’t cooked all the way. The waitress was nice though.

Very quiet diner. Very welcoming, not a lot of people when we went at 11am. I had the chicken fried steak meal and husband had the biscuits and gravy meal. I loved the chicken fried steak and the hash browns were very good as well, also came with 2 eggs and toast of choice which is hand made so very thick cut. Biscuits were homemade too and the gravy. Husband and I agreed the gravy was missing just a little something but it was homemade which just has a little bit different of a taste. Great little diner. They have a variety of things.Dietary restrictions: A lot of things here are homemade or handmade so that avoids soy big time, I was able to have almost everything here even the bread!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots and accessible entry.

My sister and I visited Rusty's diner about a year ago and the food was great. Our server couldn't have been nicer. Had a delicious omelette, hash browns and pancakes... Oh delicious. However, My sis and her husband and my family all decided to go there for breakfast since Frank's diner was packed. This time it took longer to get our food and the restaurant itself was freezing cold. Pancakes underdone and I actually had to send them back as inedible. They redid them no problem. I think they need a little more staff and crank the heat up. Don't rush the food so it's undercooked. The three women who ran the whole restaurant could not have been friendlier.

Based to my 7 yr old daughter, she said the food was really good (waffle with chocolate chip). The server, I didn’t pay attention on her name but she was very nice to us, she works really hard to serve everyone. Thank you!
