This by far is the best Domino's we have ever been to. We experienced a traumatic family emergency and were displaced from our family home. During this time financially we were struggling and this Domino's helped my family out with dinner on a few occasions when they absolutely did not have to. The staff there is extremely nice, understanding, and just out of this world compassionate. It was very heartwarming to see an entire store that has employees who actually care. I will always recommend this Domino's to anyone in the area. Great job y'all thank you for being so amazing!

The absolute worst service I have ever received from a dominos pizza, let me explain! I placed my order 20 minutes shy from 2 hours before it actually arrived. When I called to see what was taking so long, they said that they haven't even put it in the oven. While the dominoes app said that it was currently being prepped. When the pizza FINALLY arrived, our 2-liter was forgotten at the store. I called the store and requested a refund for my order from Kaleen, but she insisted that I called corporate instead of being refunded my money because she didn't want to get in trouble. Which doesn't make since to me because she is the manager? 0/10 don't recommend.

The guy who was your cashier tonight 11/04 was not only extremely rude, but even had an earbud in and we had to repeat everything we said. I don’t care what the reason is there is no excuse to be rude and not even listening to customers. You shouldn’t have an earbud in as a cashier and saying “huh?” Or “what?” rudely at people because you can’t hear them because your listening to music. There is no excuse for that. I’ve worked customer service with variety of different people for years now - and we know that’s not okay no matter the circumstance. And our food was sitting in the rack and he rudely told us it’s not there so it might not be down with a shrug. A lady he worked with said it should be done soon. It was on the rack the entire time. We were waiting 30 minutes. Order ticket #134. Unacceptable.

Placed an order online, notification said 25-33min. After 45 minutes my order still showed in the prep stage. So I got in my car and drove the .5 miles to the the location to pick it up. The manager (I mean no disrespect but she looked maybe 20) couldn't refund my $8 delivery fee without cancelling and replacing the order. Guess what? Cancel the entire order and I will never order from them again!

One star is more than generous for the treatment I received tonight. Ordered online and went in to pick up pizza. Was met with total chaos in the store - employees clearly stressed out and snapping at each other. They couldn't find my order, and when I tried to tell the "manager" that I wasn't even sure my order went through and would check my credit card account later, and just wanted some record of our conversation in case there actually was a charge, she cut me off, and told me I was condescending and rude and "could leave now" (while rolling her eyes). I was stunned at her response since she didn't even listen to what I was trying to say. I tried again to explain what I was trying to do and she cut me off again and told me I would be happier giving my business to Pizza Hut. I have been such a loyal customer of theirs, giving them my personal and professional over the years, and there have been other issues, but never anything like this. And to top it off, she refused to give me the manager's name, owner's name, or her name. Wow! I can't believe how bad customer service can actually be sometimes. It's really sad.

Past pizza orders were so bad I switched to 2 sandwiches. Just as bad. Double checked order of No Green Peppers. 3 of 4 halves had green peppers.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! My BLIND mom called and order 2 pizza's (I belive a call center took the order not the actual store) the order was completely wrong. My mom called to ask if she could get the correct pizza made she doesn't want a refund and the DISTRICT MANAGER yelled at her on the phone and said she isn't getting a *#@& refund or correct pizza's how it comes up on the screen is how it is deal with it.

Ordered 2 pizzas but one was supposed to be cheese. Called but they would not deliver us a cheese pizza that we paid for unless we paid a delivery fee. We already picked up and it should have been their dollar to get us the correct order. Very disappointed. Not the first mistake so I’m writing a review this time to inform others to check your order because they don’t.
