Leilani was absolutely amazing with her customer service and attitude. I was there last Saturday and couldn't get over how very well mannered and professional she maintained herself with the rude customer in front of her. I payed for my order and her cheerful demeanor seemed to brighten up others. James seemed kind of rude.

There’s a thing about nostalgia, when you crave a dish or a “Cinnabon” and then you go get it and are underwhelmed.That’s how I felt, although I can’t really be mad or upset. All I’m saying is the cinnamon rolls aren’t what I remember. Where they not fresh , warm and crispy before. Cooked thoroughly? Idk .. still a good bite I definitely enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly!!

I ordered classic cinnamon rolls I get out to my car and find out they are not classic cinnamon rolls it is literally all I ordered I do not understand why it was so hard for them to give me the correct thing and I cannot walk back in because I already I’m in pain and it was painful for me to walk in in the first place and this was supposed to be my pick me up for the day.

They short change you on the icing, before they used to add some on, but now the size of the roll is small and less icing!!

Purchased two classic cinnamon rolls. Both roles were underproofed. Both rolls did not expand properly and fully before being put into the oven. They were significantly smaller and more dense because they did not rise properly. The middle in one was undercooked and the other had raw dough.

I love Cinnabon, the rolls are perfect comfort food. The cinnamon is great. This local is not very nice, no seating. The staff are unfriendly and rude. The rolls have little icing (after sitting there) and they wanted to charge 80 cents per roll to reapply the icing properly. Who does that?!? Cinnamon is great, this location is horrible, skip it.

Waited in line over 10 minutes only to find they wouldn't sell me a classic cinnamon roll. Plenty coming out of the oven but they refused to sell less than a 6 pack. Several employees handling rolls without gloves or masks as well. Very disappointing experience.
