So happy we tried El Boracho! With it being our first time we tried a lot of different items. The most impressive plant based item to me was the queso. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD, and heated up well as leftovers. As a vegetarian, I’ve been looking forward to trying this place since they went 100% plant based, but all 4 tacos were pretty bland and the tortillas tasted under cooked. The happy hour mini nachos were the best tasting part of the meal, but were comically small for $4, especially considering the happy hour nachos available elsewhere in Tacoma. I probably won’t be headed back for dinner.

Wow. The service is fast and food is yummy. The vegan nachos taste like regular nachos which is nice. As you know not all vegan food stands up to what you use to eat and love. Very good must try if you havent. Serving size plenty.
