We visit this branch about twice a year and the food is reasonably good, as is the service. However, on our visit earlier this year we ordered a Pappy Van Winkle 20 yr and suspected we were substituted- did not even finish the glass as it was harsh and chemical. We drink a lot of single malt but are not as familiar with bourbon so did not call out the manager at that time. When we recently visited a bourbon club in NYC had another glass of the PVW 20 to compare- 100% we were served a swapped drink at El Gaucho’s. I’ll never go back there, though my spouse does for business but always with a story to tell…

We just went here for the first time tonight. And I was so incredibly impressed with the service. Especially are server Jenny. She went above and beyond. Along with all other staff - who were nice friendly. The food and drinks were also amazing. I definitely will be back. It’s been awhile since I have been to a restaurant with the high of service. Thank for the amazing experience.

I would ABSOLUTELY 1000% recommend this place. My son and I were there for a conference and to celebrate his 18th birthday. We loved the atmosphere, the food, and the drinks. The service was great, as well.
Wonderful service. The handwritten birthday card wya sweet touch. The Chateaubriand was tender and superb, as were the sides of baked potato and asparagus. The cheese and fruit plate was refreshing. The cherries jubilee was divine. The piano entertainer played a wide variety of music. Only hiccup was our leftovers were switched when delivered to the table boxed. The mixup wasn't noticed until the following day when we were in our separate homes.
This restaurant was such an amazing experience all the staff was so friendly and welcoming! The food was divine the service was wonderful, everyone there was so thoughtful as well! 100000/10🤩
