I work in downtown tacoma, I am an essential worker so I worked all thru the Covid-19 when everyone else was locked down. Evergreen Cafe was a beckon in the gloomy night. I get the Deluxe Sandwich on a cheese bagel w/ Chipotle Mayo and a Dirty Chai w/2 shots of espresso and I don't know how they make it better ever single time I get it from door dash. Have tried their coffee - iced and hot, as well as breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. Have never been disappointed with the quality of everything and their pricing is really reasonable.

I have never been to the Cafe since I have been ordering through Doordash ever since this whole pandemic started. I have ordered coffee and several sandiwches from them. I particularly like their melts. Their sandwiches are huge - they have layers and layers of meat in between. I order early, like around 7am and I usually end up saving the other half of my sandwich for lunch whenever I am too lazy to make something. Also coz I couldn't eat the whole thing all at once.
