We just got here. The menu looks interesting, so it took us awhile to make decision. However, the Asian girl cashier is not happy to serve us, wanted to intimidate when asking to take our orders. It's my birthday, but I found disappointed in this place. Very poor and suck customer service !!!! If there is a half-star to vote, I would vote 1/2 star for their service instead of 1. 7/9/20 Just found the reply from the store below and realized that the kind of customers they want to serve were for office business. Customers must have good manners. No kids friendly. I always tips high when I take my baby with me. The art was hung behind a bench where customers sit and not sturdy.... I wish they would have asked us to leave if they were not happy to serve rather than enduring with us and complaining back here. It was a mistake going to the wrong store on that day and not recognized the store business's code. Definitely never come back!!!

We ordered the Honey Green tea, Thai tea and oolong tea with sea cream all with boba. The tea and the boba is decent and I would get it again but I would not recommend the sea salt cream as it was not the right consistency. We also got the popcorn chicken which was just disappointing because it taste and look like chicken nuggets you could get it at the freezer section.

Probably my favorite boba spot in Tacoma! Normally not a huge fan of tapioca, but Infinitea's is absolutely delicious. Their fresh fruit smoothies are also fantastic and actually fresh + refreshing. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, this is a really great spot to study or play boardgames with friends. I also really love the Takoyaki here! Hoping to come back and try more of the menu.

First off: Their tapioca texture and taste is A+++ ! I've tried a few different different milk teas and smoothies from here but I think my favorite has got to be their fresh avocado smoothie. That with some added tapioca has become my go-to drink! Also I haven't tried a lot of their good options, but their takoyaki is pretty good! Definitely want to try more of their menu when I have time to come and chill at the cafe instead of just buying to-go.

Great space! The bag carrier was also very innovative and the drinks were amazing. Although it kind of took long, it was worth it. I recommend the Thai tea with boba :)
