I guess the children they have working at the Jamba Juice were too busy to acknowledge we waited at the counter for almost 8 minutes - with a 6 year old child.To management - please train your employees to acknowledge customers when they are waiting, a simple we will be with you shortly will suffice.I will NEVER visit this store EVER again.

Love the Mega Mango Plant-based smoothie. It’s my favorite and a great meal substitute. Also really appreciate that you can customize your smoothie. Tonight we got Mango a Go Go smoothies and substituted the sherbert for pineapple juice. Shout out to Solace who gave us great customer service!

Staff was super helpful and chill. Noah made my Apple and greens absolutely perfect especially with the changes I added. He also has cool tatts and is super cute lol.

Usually pretty good that’s why I give 2 stars. Today I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff who split the cup like this. Normally if I order Large size they would split in 2 small cups with equal amount and little space on top. Today they didn’t give me enough amount of smoothie and split in cup like this was so disappointing.
