First time in a Jimmy John's. Was the only customer and experienced the worst customer service by far.Extremely rude and uncomfortable service. I reluctantly asked for a refund so I could get the heck outta there and find somewhere else to eat.It was very clear the employee really did not want to be there and was letting it out on customers.

I'm on a special diet so I got an unwich...BAD IDEA! The lettuce didn't even wrap around the sandwich and it was not fresh. I cleaned up the mess and most was not edible. A complete waste of money!!!

This place is FIRE. Love it. They constantly are EXTREMELY fast, fresh, and very accurate with orders. Such a great consistent place to order from at work. They totally pay attention to detail. Oh and their bread - YUM! And their delivery fees are not nearly as high as the crazy UberEats and GrubHub fees. I love supporting business like this in the area. Dont eat here. They are disgusting. I have ordered from this actual place multiple times but when my food arrives, I am always missing something. The sandwich was put together sloppy or the wrap had a huge amount of dressing that the whole tortilla its wrapped in is covered in the dressing. I have ordered these wraps multiple times an when I ordered it again it was really bad. I asked to get refunded and they refused the first time. Then I insisted they come back and grab their soggy wrap and they refused so i demanded my money back and they finally gave it to me. They wait until everyones sandwich are ordered before they deliver yours. That why when you finally get your food, its either super soggy or theyre missing something. They are half fast, and lazy. Do not order from them.
I honestly think this is the best Jimmy John's anywhere. I've ordered from here for several years now and never had a bad experience at this store. Great food and a teriffic staff.
