If I could give them a zero rating I would. Every-time I go there either not open or have HORRIBLE customer service. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business and yet alone make their own hours compare to mall hours. If they need to have customer hours then they need to leave the mall. They never are kind or say hi, they act like you’re bothering them and they always make you stand around for minutes when they are ACTUAL open. It’s ridiculous and not the way to run a business

I cannot speak on atmosphere of quality of cakes due to not being willing to spend what is hard earned money today at a establishment with ugly customer service skills.
I called a couple of bakeries looking for a specific cake so I was waiting on some calls back from the owners .
Him:" yeah someone called me from this number?"
I go on to tell him what the employee had told me , some prices ,different styles of cakes and asked if he could tell me a little bit more about them, but before I finished my sentence he cuts me off and gives a response that belonged in one of those hallmark movies lol
Him: " Yeah well first of all I know you didn't call here cause we don't anything for no thirty dollars " with a scoff
He started the next sentence with "And.." I cut him back off and told him he will not be getting any money from me and hung up the phone .
The deal is , you own a company providing a service in times where money is hard earned and doesn't go nearly as far . Don't treat people like that , you could of had business if you had better people skills .
As a business owner who also provides a service to people in these times here's some free advice .
Don't ever answer your company line with a " what do you want " kind of tone"
Should be "how can I help you " vibe.
Customers are not burdens , they make you .
Condescending and scoffing rather than saying something along the lines of .
" hey I think you might have spoke with another bakery , those prices don't sound familiar however I would be more than willing to give you a rundown of our prices and what we have to offer. "

I say this to cause I am pretty fun loving and easy going ( as you could probably tell with almost excited happy tone in the beginning of our call) and it wouldn't have been difficult to sell me on a cake regardless of the price differences .
1. I was looking for a specific cake .
2. I called a bakery that specializes in cakes so the expectation of it being more $ than costo etc. was already broached. Bad call to judge somebody .

I am only one customer however one consumer how we both got started in business ?

I ordered a fairy cake for my daughters birthday an it's was so beautiful an the cake was so moist inside. There was we're so many compliments on this cake. I'll definitely be using this company in the future!!

My cake was not what I ordered they thought doing what they liked for something I paid for was acceptable. Their cakes as advertised might be very pretty but I expected mine to be what I ordered. When I mentioned to them and showed them the picture of MY cake verses what I was given their excuse was that they had told me it could not made the way I ordered which was not true no one asked me nor notified me of any changes. Plus the cake was very dry I had to throw away most of the cake, I never thought I would rate this business this bad but like the owner said every one has different tastes and opinions but I paid pretty good money for something that is in the trash. Will never buy here!!

We bought the cake for a big price but it's not the height we discussed with them. Not worth it.

They created our wedding cake and large sheet cake. Everything was amazing.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff. I odered a cake for my son's birthday and they did not disappoint! Cake was beautiful and tastes good! Will deffinitely order cakes here from now. Thank you!

This place is awesome! They took a design that I thought was going to be difficult but they did such a good job I was unbelievable! I will take all my business back to them for any event we are having. Cake was very good as well as the decorations on it. Top notch bakery for sure!
