Service has gone down since COVID. They finally improved the interior of the building structure and leaking ceiling a couple years ago but now they can't seem to keep employees and the service is slow and the food isn't always fresh. Chicken is dried out most times, mashed potatoes are instant and not mixed well at times and the biscuits are hard and dried out as well. The kids working at this place work exceptionally hard and give great service while doing so. I know they had a fryer malfunction on the night I was in there and food took a while and damage control was necessary as a service industry worker for 27 years it impressed me to see this young men getting through this with smiles on their faces. I'll be back and thank you.
The location looks nice on the outside and the inside.The food was ok, not the greatest, tasting, I don't know if the day we went was an offday for the location. But there were people standing and waiting for their orders before we walked in and were still waiting for their orders after we got ours.We noticed the wood looking floor was clean but had been mopped with greesy water because the entire floor from the front to the bathrooms in the back was extremely slippery.
