I went to this McDonald’s a few minute’s ago, I don’t own a vehicle and I tried to order outside waiting by the door, nobody that was working in there didn’t even come to the door and ask me what I wanted to order, I did felt discriminated because I am black.

They stuck a finger through my sandwich. I came in March 17th and wanted to use a coupon on the app. The lady didn’t apply the coupon so I asked her if she could. She got the manager and said “we’ll just refund everything” so I said ok??? And get my receipt and go. I look at the receipt and I only got refunded 3.96 so I come back around and I ask , do I get the food since I was only refunded 3.96 out of almost $20 and they told me to pull around and they’ll remake my food . I got a McFlurry , a shake , a mcchicken and a McDouble. I checked the McDouble and ate it , since it looked fine. Took a few bites of my McFlurry and a couple sips of the shake. I open the mcchicken and see a hole in it the size of a thumb. They took their nasty fingers and fingered my chicken sandwich. I have no idea if they spit in my shake and McFlurry too ,so I threw every single thing away. I feel disgusted and it was a waste of money and I feel violated. Will never eat at McDonald’s again.

Ordered a sale item and verbally confirmed with the order clerk that it was the sale item. He didn't seem to care about customer service at all. He ordered the full price item for us. When we finally got the food, the clerk that brought it was nice and she apologized, but made no effort to make it right. Paid $22 instead of $12.

This place is the absolute worst. How do you close curbside at 4:59 PM. Never have your lobby open and when someone's standing at your door you just stare at him and then go back to work worst customer service I've ever seen. I will never come back to this McDonald's and you all should really be ashamed of yourself and close your doors because there is no reason that you have to use a drive through at 5 o'clock only thank you.
