We came here for a quiet b'day dinner. Our server/bartender was Laura and she was very polite and informed. She answered our questions and we made our selections for dinner. I opted for the filet which was perfect very delicious and done just right. The dinner salad with blue cheese and apples was omg good. My hubby had the crab cakes he said were some of the best ones he has ever had and the entree was the coho salmon was also very delicious. The cocktails were great too. I highly recommend this place and give it 2 thumbs up. Make sure you have reservations!

We were impressed to find this small eatery in Tacoma during COVID. They offer reservations, have an unbeatable outdoor seating area, and serve amazing dishes. After having a dinner with friends, we loved this place so much we came back for brunch. Both are equally good.

My husband and I chose this restaurant for date night, have been wanting to go for a year. Even with the pandemic it was a special evening. Awesome cocktails, loved the beef bourguignon soup, albeit a tiny salty. And I loved my chicken françese. So good! Saved half for the next day. Husband also loved his mushroom risotto. Make your reservation online if you wish. Request a table on the patio close to Sunset… Really cute bistro.

My husband and I had a late breakfast at this place. When we enter it reminded me of a beautiful & cozy period living room leading to a beautiful deck filled with flowers overlooking Commencement bay! My husband had Eggs Benedict with dungeons crab & I had a delicious omelette, along with a couple of mimosas. Our food was prepared perfectly and service was impeccable. Is not inexpensive it's definitely a special day/celebration restaurant. Definitely worth it! Tamie H

Great little place around the corner from me! Very cute decor, friendly staff. The brunch was good, coffee was good also! I will be back to try different dishes! Great brunch spot.

So quaint and intimate. This place is small, but perfect. We dined here for a Christmas company dinner. Our party was 13 and we where pampered on the enclosed deck with heat lamps, blankets and good service. The menu was pre-planned with the chef, but flexibility and choices where built in so everyone had options. The food was good, the view was beautiful and it was a magical night. My husband and I are planning our next visit.

Located a bit north of downtown Tacoma is found this delightful French restaurant... We arriving during a busy mid-day weekend, and the courteous/helpful staff were very considerate of our time crunch, allowing us to place our orders while we waited for a table (really appreciated!). The interior ambiance was quite pleasant, and our delicious food arrived promptly — we savored every bite indeed! We had a marvelous dining experience that you should enjoy too :)). We’ll definitely return whenever we’re visiting Tacoma again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food absolutely does not make up for the ridiculous wait times and terrible service. My party showed up around 12:20. They told us the wait was 25 mins, which seemed reasonable, but ultimately turned into at least an hour long wait. When they finally sat us the restaurant was nearly empty, so I question why it took so long for us to be seated. We all ordered food fairly quickly because we were very hungry at this point. An hour later (it’s now about 2:00) we still hadn’t even received our appetizer (a cheese plate...). To make matters worse, two parties were seated, served, and left the restaurant before our cheese board arrived. By 2:15 when we still hadn’t received our food, the waitresses told us the delay was somehow due to hollandaise sauce? Not sure how that’s possible....half of their brunch menu consists of variations on eggs Benedict. When we finally got the food I was completely underwhelmed, especially considering the prices ($16 for a piece of toast with avocado and egg ?). If I’d known this brunch outing was going to turn into a 3 hour saga, I’d have happily made my own egg and avocado toast for approximately $3. Even the staff knew they’d put us through hell, but no one offered to compensate anything or even really apologize. Do not recommend. There are much better brunch options that are reasonably priced and won’t suck up your entire Saturday.

Just found this little diamond. The food is excellent, though a bit pricey. Depending upon the seating, the view can be exceptional. Seating is quite limited, however, there is a covered deck, where it appears they also provide service, so summertime would be especially pleasant. Parking is on the street, so can be a bit dicey depending upon the time of day as there are a number of condo/apartments in the neighborhood. The service was very timely, and pleasant. As I have a wheat allergy I was pleased to find a number of options that didn't include bread in the brunch menu. We will definitely return. Next time we will try either Happy Hour or Dinner.

My crew had a fabulous meal here. Crab benedict was so lovely and flavorful (and worth splitting). Great morning beverages and a sweet ambiance. Long wait to get our table without communication - but once seated, service was frequent and communication was great. Food came faster than expected and the small spot was a neighborhood gem. Back for dinner soon!
