Incredible quality broth and good ingredients. Good atmosphere; it's exactly what you expect from a little pho place that you know is gonna be amazing. My wife and I are quite critical of the quality of the base and we were very happy with this place.
This USED to be one if my favorite spots to go enjoy a hot bowl of pho. But went there today and left as an unsatisfied costumer. Yeah my broth was hot and tasty, Yeah my food came out quick, but the KNATS!!! THE KNATS FLYING AROUND MY TABLE WAS DISGUSTING!! THE FACT THAT I WAS BLOWING ON MY BROTH AND A KNAT FELL INTO MY SOUP IS UNACCEPTABLE!! AND BEFORE THAT THE MEAT WAS SOUR TASTING, IDK IT HAD AN ODD TASTE SO I SPIT IT OUT. AND THEN MY BROTHERS MEAT WAS SLIMY!! I THINK THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME AND DO AN INSPECTION. BECAUSE SOUR AND SLIMY MEET SHOULD NOT BE SERVED. I will no longer be coming back to this place.

They have the best pork bánh mì in all of WA. The bread is crispy yet chewy and has never cut my mouth. They don’t overdue the mayonnaise and the veggies are never too wet that they sog the bread. But the real star is their charbroiled pork which they give a generous amount of and is grilled to perfection each time. I am Vietnamese and I’ve had this sandwich upwards of 15 times and the consistency is amazing, it js literally the best bánh mì. I live in the Seattle area but work in Tacoma and there isn’t anywhere that beats it. Better than Renton deli, Seattle deli, and Saigon deli by far.

All around horrible place I go in to get pho and i order a brisket pho when I get home I look at the bottom of the soup container just checking out the seasonings when i see a curly hair floating thank god I checked before I ate it because after pouring it out it indeed WAS A HAIR a small curly hair that looks like some pubic hair ? I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed I waisted money on such a unhygienic place . I do NOT recommend eating here and I will be reporting it to the health department this place needs to be shut down immediately if give it zero stars all across the board if I could
