It's delicious, abundant, and affordable. I come here way too often. The staff knows my order. I drive damn near an hour to get their food. It's easily two meals if you want to split it up, but I down the whole thing. The mall location in Tacoma makes it easy to pick up and go. They are quick as well. You can watch them cook and clean so you know its hygienic. They have plenty of options to choose from as well. If you want delicious, affordable, and plentiful Japanese food, this is the place to get it. Oh you can get deals through the app, I order enough that I'm always getting 5 bucks off every purchase.

This place is ridiculous. They post up pictures of the food and the names on but it's not what they give. I asked for the beef teriyaki noodles on the board then paid for it just to have them say that it's just the picture even tho the name was on it as beef teriyaki. They didn't even try to refix my order to what that was displayed or what I originally wanted and paid for. These people are no good and service sucks. They all just stood there saying the same thing and look at me like I don't know what I'm talking about when it's clearly on their board behind the cashier.Ugh!!! Never coming back here. Waste the money and waste the time.#Frustrated #Disgusted

The chicken was prepared just like we like it, well done for my husband and extra sauce for both as requested. This day, of many prior days, the cashier was very cold. She did her job but not friendly. The cooks, on the other hand, joked and were very helpful.Chicken Teriyaki never fails.

Sarku Japan served Frank B a tasty plate of chicken with Noodles today. Now I know what your thinking and your correct who cares it's a mall / food court dining experience. However it tasted great what can I say. The food court does not offer a great place to dine due to LOUD SCREAMING BRATS and ambient noise yet it still didn't cloud the fresh cooked meal I was served. So if you locate yourself @ Tacoma Mall grab some grub it's cheap and plenty!Frank B over & out!
