I ordered the country fried calamari, crab 🦀 and shrimp 🍤 fettuccini, and moscato. My friend and I shared the banana bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. The calamari was a bit lukewarm but still tasty; the shrimp fettuccini was a heaping serving size and delish; and the dessert and moscato topped off the amazing view of Tacoma, Washington.

Our experience at Stanley and Seaforts on Saturday evening was very good. We were seated at a table with an excellent view of the city that came to life as the sun was setting. The choices on the menu were a good variety. We started with clam chowder that was served at a good temperature with a generous amount of clams and the broth was not too thick. My entree was black cod that was finished with an excellent miso glaze and was cooked perfectly. The rice was a good complement and the portion of bok choy was minimal. My date's entree was the seafood trio which he said was cooked very well but the potatoes and vegetables served with the trio appeared to have sat too long under the warmer. We finished the dinner with an over the top dessert of chocolate lava cake with ice cream and a carmel pecan drizzle. Yum! We did enjoy this visit to the restaurant and plan to return for another special occasion.

We got there early for our reservations in the seated immediately our server was wonderful however when ordering steaks they pull out a card to double check to make sure you know what you're ordering which I felt it was ridiculous I know what I'm ordering for my steak I don't need to have a photo when I got my steak that I've ordered medium rare it was completely blue inside ice cold I had touched the outside of the steak and the inside they then left half my meal on a bloody plate for me to eat why they took my steak back to put on the grill with everybody else's food and then sent it back on the small dirty plate that they had used for my steak to go back to the kitchen I received four small asparagus a scoop mashed potato for $60 I expected at least an apology from the manager who couldn't even bring himself to come by and apologize for the mistake didn't want anything for free but I'm an apology would've been nice

We came here to celebrate my Moms 70th birthday! However our experience was not one to celebrate. Waited for 1.5 hrs to get our food, it was a Thursday night and the to add insult of the long wait, the dish which was a Pork Chop came out un-edible due to it still being raw. Absolutely disgusting, waiter barely checked in on our table. The staff was so busy chatting with each other that most tables were starting to get annoyed. For the prices they charge this was ridiculous. We will NOT be going back.

Pualani did a great job as our waitress. I especially liked the punctuality with which old dishes were cleared away. The Baked Brie was really good as well as the torched fig salad. My husband and I shared the prime rib which was just ok, I've had better.

Good lord... Not a good experience. Took an hour to get oysters and then be told the seafood trio I ordered as my main dish had been “86'd” from the menu so had to order something else. That didn't stop them from preparing my wife's dish and obviously had it sitting under a hot lamp or whatever dried it out until my alternative choice was prepared. First drink was decent, smoked bourbon, next drink wasn't, and it was nothing complex, an old fashioned. Think they used crown royal in it for some reason. Food was bland, like... very, very bland and they forgot my side dish. Asked if I still wanted it. Scallops were the size of a dime. Never, ever had smaller scallops anywhere. All and all it took 2 hours and 20 minutes for it to wrap up. I won't even go into what happened at the very end. The view is amazing which made it difficult to accept, even that wouldn't be a good enough reason to ever visit again. I actually deleted a post I had on social media showing the view because i couldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone unfortunately.

We made reservation but still have to wait over 15 minutes to be seated. Guests that came in after us got seated before we go and i overheard that none of them have reservation. I love our waitress and her services. Shes attentive and friendly. I love the foods here but every time i am here, even if iade reservation, the wait seem to be always there.
