Was at store. People ahead used coupon, and I was denied the use of coupon.. what's the deal...they mail out coupons and then don't honor them.. this was only reason to go back to subway to enjoy subs at original prices vs over inflated pricing..

Ordered a toasted sub, ice cold. They were stingy with ingredients despite price gouging. Over $50 for two adults and one kid, that’s way overpriced and just not worth it. Not returning to Subway at all after this.

Every single time I go into this store, this same lady (blonde older lady) is very unprofessional. Always a smug look on her face, not very customer service oriented. Not outgoing at all. She clearly hates her job. Well ma'am if you continue to work there, then maybe you should choose to smile and talk to your customers. I suggest taking notes from the nice, outgoing, very personable young lady that was there today. She deserves kudos!!! SMH
This location discriminates against people with medial conditions. Don't go to this parkland location. Spanaway doesn't not discriminated. I filed a complaint but the owner just seemed to blow me off. I will never use this location again.

I have consistently been happy with there service. I usually order about 6 sandwich's every time I come and they are able to execute the order quickly and with no complaints. The veggies aren't always the freshest usually the cucumbers, tomatoes, or lettuce. Everything else is good.
