The customer service is really poor. That guy in the drive through doesn’t understand how to communicate effectively, can’t understand basic language. It’s like talking to a deaf person you have to keep repeating yourself 100 times still mess up your order. What type of people are you hiring I’m surprised.

Very slow. Came here on my lunch break. Took 10 min JUST to be approached by the front lady. Food is dry and not even put together. SLOW service. You’d think the food would come over a bit better. Wasted my whole lunch waiting to eat. Definitely not a fast food place.

I had nowhere to take my small dog. And I could not order because they refused to give me service. Because I couldn't be in there 1 second to order something. This is the worst customer service place ever in the bathroom smell like sewer with no lights. Dont go here!

Yeah I just didn't think it had enough cheese in it and you know I think if it's almost a dollars it should be pretty stout and I didn't think it was still good and I was a little peeved that they charged me extra for salsa I thought I was a little chince. I got a meat lovers with three salsas. Who's going to comment on Jake rosner's post I thought that was hilarious that you know they treated you so poorly and then you got to do all the leg work after you know dopey sends you a note about who you got to you got an email corporate and do all this leg work you should be able to have a meeting at the location with the regional manager cuz you know they can't lose one customer I'll tell you that cuz they don't seem that busy to me.Vegetarian options: I really don't think this is a vegetarian place I think they have salads I didn't notice if they do a lot of them have meat so you'd have to get like a you know a side salad I guess.Dietary restrictions: Probably little sparse on dietary restrictions stuff there's something that I've.Parking: What's really odd about this location is at the parking lot is very large so you shouldn't have any issues at all.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Very good except have them open the door for u.

They are stealing money from customers at this location. They make a point to charge meals (ie chicken stips, fries and drinks) as separate items on the receipt. It only jacks (no pun intended) the price up a dollar or two. However I made it a point to ask the employee working the counter about why I was overcharged, and she lied to my face and told me that the prices went up at all locations which is just completely untrue.Sketchy as hell, especially considering it's a franchised location. Plus the fact that 2 of their employees went and stood at the front door glaring at me for 10 minutes until I left isn't a great flag...EDIT: Looking at previous reviews, it looks like I am FAR from the only person making this claim.So, I repeat - THIS JACK IN THE BOX LOCATION WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU GO THERE.I am extremely disappointed that Jack in the Box corporate has not taken action to rectify the many issues stemming from this location. I guess they are okay with letting a greedy owner continue to sully their brand with thievery.Not that I made Jack in the Box a regular meal choice, but at the very baseline there should be trust in a company like this.Shame....

Have ordered Twice this thru mobile order this month and all the resturant does is accept your order and never delievers it. I have been charged for these orders but have never recievded them. everytime I call they never pick up! I wonder why. whatever you do don't ever go to this jack in the box! so many better options where they can atleast give you your food and not scam customers on moible order!
